   Having been a patient for many years I encountered a dental problem and I chose to have implants and was introduced to Ronnie and Erica. I was very nervous at the prospect but they are both so nice that they immediately put me at ease. Because of this I had confidence in them and agreed to go ahead. All through the process they were so relaxed and chatty that I felt totally at ease. They explained everything in detail and most of the time I was not even aware that Ronnie had carried out a procedure. They are a great team. Erica is the woman behind the man and contributes with great advice and humour. She is also the organiser and manages the process effortlessly. I had two implants and a bridge which looks wonderful. I would not have contemplated going through this if it were not for Ronnie and would recommend them without any hesitation. I cannot speak highly enough of the team.

   All treatments are explained in detail and any options clearly outlined. Treatments themselves are managed with sensitivity to patient needs (and fears!).    I had implants carried out by the xcellent dental surgeon who is Mr. Ronnie Patel. He and his dental assistant were both caring and reassuring throughout the whole process.    One of the best dental practices I've been to. Very clean and modern. I needed a 2nd opinion because my wisdom teeth were grating against my inner cheek. The first dentist I went to wasn't particularly helpful in diagnosing my issue. Shirley Dental, however, made sure what I stated was checked thoroughly. I was able to get a dental extraction the following week. The procedure (for the first time in all of getting my teeth worked on) was not painful. I will definitely be checking in with this practice again some time this year. Thank you to the lovely dentists and receptionists for your hard work and positivity.

   I have been coming to this dentist for many years. All the staff are lovely, the dental nurses make you feel at ease and always friendly. I have seen shiv and britanya who are lovely and gentle. I have also seen the hygienist today and it was one of the best cleans I have had I would 100% recommend this dentist.

   I hadn't been to the dentist since the pandemic and needed a new dentist closer to home so decided to try Shirley Dental Practice. I was quite apprehensive about my visit. However, upon arrival, the staff were so friendly and quickly put me at ease. I had to undergo a few fillings. Payal and Rose were both amazing and friendly and explained the plan treatment plan thoroughly. I have had such an amazing experience with them and I'm so glad I chose this dental practice. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for such a great service!
