The visit was incredibly helpful, and they were so kind to my daughter! Excellent service—I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care.
Just had an emergency root canal and temporary filling. Amazing experience and dentist, and nurse made me feel so comfortable. Completely painless. The reception staff are also amazing and happy to help.
Uncomfortable and difficult - and that’s without any dental work taking place. I was unable to book online - tried a few times but there’s a technical issue. I emailed instead and was called back to confirm the appointment. That part was fine. It’s my second visit to this clinic. I waited 20 minutes after my appointment time to be seen - no one apologised for the wait. I had to fill in a paper form on my medical history (despite being an existing patient). When I was seen by the dentist, the room was far too hot, the dental nurse didn’t seem to know what she was doing. The dentist had very bad smelling breath and kept getting my hair caught as she moved around behind me. I was not given any glassware for the initial checkup part so had to keep my eyes closed for all of that. I was offered a cleaning and we were going to go ahead with that at which point I was offered glasses for the lights. However, when I mentioned the reason for my visit (which I had done upon entering the room), we decided it was a better idea to come back another day and deal with that issue first as the cleaning would have to be done again… had I not brought it up, I could have been having to have two cleanings in the space of a week which would have been a waste of both our time and my money. Other things - an employee was sat in the reception talking on their phone then going back behind the desk. The floor is filthy. The walls are all scratched and paint has come off. The receptionist asked me twice to sit down while I waited for the dental nurse to come out so I can pay for my appointment… If I wanted to sit, I would have. I just wanted to get out of there - nothing about the place makes you feel at ease. Pretty awful for a private dental clinic. Finding myself another dentist now.
Having not been to the dentist for a number of years I needed a variety of treatments and dr. Rao set out a number of options going through pros and cons with budget in mind too. I’ve been very happy with all the treatments. A very friendly team yet also very professional, I have felt well looked after and I’m very happy to find a good dentist that I want to go back to.
I highly recommend this clinic for teeth whitening. My experience was fabulous, and I plan to visit again. As it was my first time getting my teeth whitened, I had no set expectations, but I was surprised to see noticeable results right after the first session
Modertly expensive.The dentist wouldnt give me a Mouthwash,when i asked her.Ŕude &professional.I went with my brother cuz i use i wheelchair. I went coz i was desperte. I wouldnt go there .
Highly recommended!! Today, unfortunately, I had a chicken steak stuck in my teeth in an awkward position. But the two doctors who treated me were very patient！They tried different methods and finally got it out successfully!! Feel much better now!！
Dr Milka is the best dentist I've ever had. I'm phobic about dentistry so I really struggle as I get panicked in the chair, but her calm, assured manner and clear explanations were extremely reassuring and made it easier for me to cope with a series of appointments. The work she did rebuilding my damaged front teeth was aesthetically beautiful and has given me more confidence. Thank you.
Is near to Waterloo station and my work place Lovely receptionist Greta directed me and calmed my nerves giving me assurance everything will go fine before my appointment. The Dr Shefali explained everything very clearly. Went for teeth whitening session, very happy with the results, Was my first visit to the clinic but definitely won’t be my last.
I have booked my treatment after speaking to receptionist about teeth whitening at Smilewright at Waterloo. When I have been told it I can expect 2-3 shades on average or even 4 in some cases difference I decided to go ahead and book the treatment. I live quite far so it was a long journey there and back and complete waste of time, it turned out. Just before the teeth whitening treatment the therapist tells me that what I have been told was incorrect and I may not see any result at all. I would not have booked this treatment if I was not given a false information while booking it, but as I already made the trip I told the lady that I am happy to take the risk as my teeth type is said to get better results and I have achieved good results in the past with just home kits. I was still refused the treatment and sent home because the therapist was convinced I would not be happy with a result. I am very disappointed on how this clinic is treating patients. Giving wrong information and then straightening the facts when the person is already sitting in the chair. I waste my time, my money going there and also I will not be able to have the treatment before my holiday as planned. That is the worst I have ever experienced from a so called professional business. The lady offered me simple sorry for wasting my time. Makes you wonder how effective are those treatments if she was only happy to go ahead if person accepts the possibility of having no results. They also try to sell you home kit for another £170 approx. to get better results and which is probably the only way to get any. I would definitely avoid this particular branch!
