   Do not do anything with this company. I had bonding last year and iv had bleeding on my gums ever since and nobody ever could fix it. I travelled many times from Manchester and nobody ever paid for my trains or anything even tho the bleeding was their fault. The bonding is that thick on my gums ! Iv been somewhere else to have my gum checked and they said the bonding is irritating the gums causing them to bleed and impossible to clean properly. Then I was going to have veneers paid a 2,000 deposit and with the trouble I already had with them decided I didn’t want to go ahead. I cancelled my appointment one month before the date and asked for refund. They told me 14 days and now it’s been over a month when I call I get cut off when I go into the clinic they send me away. Iv emailed easily 50 times to the clinic and I’m either ignored or told they was waiting for a response from the manager. Having been 30 working days since they said my refund has been processed I am now having to take legal action against the company. Don’t waste your money or time with this company!! You will have nothing but trouble and zero correspondence from them. They have 2000 of my money and have not made any kind of effort to get it back to me. Today I am issuing court proceedings which is causing me even more stress !

   Disgraceful Company - I wouldn’t recommend anyone considering using these !! At the beginning communication was good and quick responses as they took your money. Then as you make arrangements, they think it’s professional enough to text you the day before your appointment to state that it won’t be going ahead. Third appointment later - finally got to see a consultant, there was a couple of people in waiting area and their experience wasn't encouraging. The consultant was honest and recommended me not to have them done as the veneares do come off and would need further trips down to London. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, trying to get a refund is impossible, I submitted a CCJ order to the company and the courts agreed for the money to be refunded, the company then emailed saying they have been having problems of some sort and then all contact stopped. 60 days plus later I am still waiting for my refund and can’t communicate or get hold of anyone. I am reporting the company to trading standards. I am just glad I paid on my credit card, so I could go down that avenue to get my refund. ### Absolutely Disgraceful Company##### Stay away from them!!! You Do not need all the stress of trying to get your money back especially after their consultants advice not to get the treatment. Think he was the only honest person within the company.

   Excellent experience. I took my six-year-old, and it was the nicest dental visit she'd ever had. The hygienist and dentist were both really lovely and gentle. We were seen on time since the personnel was efficient. My kid and I both departed with a grin on our faces. I strongly suggest it.

   Awful service. I bought this for a present for my partner. He had his teeth bonded and 2 weeks later, his whole front tooth fell off and three teeth chipped. He drinks no coffee, stain like foods nor did he eat anything hard to cause these chips. He attempted to contact them in which they said they would fix, now 4 months down the line we have still heard nothing. They are absolute scammers. The owner is very aggressive and should not be allowed to trade. This is a scam, do not use.do you research. And look up every aspect of this business. Notice they do not allow you to comment on the Instagram photos they put up due to negative comments they would receive. They consistently delete our reviews. Good luck you’re going to need it.

   I've been trying to get through to the clinic for a week. I paid for 8 composite bonds for full upper. I had 6 done over 2 appointments that ran over an hour and half late. Now, 3 of them have come off with in days.im starting to wonder why you're treating me like I'm not a paying customer All I ask is that you fix the remaining teeth or give me my money back. Please contact me on 074. Please dont make me have to physically come there for an appointment during a pandemic. Thank you Update- I went to get then fixed 2 weeks ago. Again, the appointment was 1 hour late and still unfinished and they wont pick up their phone for my next appointment. Unfortunately a year later 1 composite bond broke and I can't even get through to these people. I have had my appointment changed twice. Now I have to pay £400 for one tooth. I really regret getting my teeth done here it was a big mistake please don't make the same.

   I have been trying to book in an appointment to get 2 composite bonds which has come away for the last 2 months under guarantee of my initial treatment. Noone answers the phone or gets back to you on emails! Once they got your money they don't care! Will be approaching Trading standards! DONT LET THE CHEAP PRICE FOOL YOU! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

   AVOID this company like the plague. I had an appointment in august 2020, which was cancelled whilst I was already an hour in to my journey to get there. I then had my appointment rearranged and my bonding completed. Immediately I was not too fond of the shaping of my teeth but thought I would get used to it. Ever since I have had severe gum disease, and this company refuses to do anything about it. My own dentist has told me it has not been put on correctly and plaque is building in between my bonding and my own teeth causing gum disease. This company will ignore all methods of communication and refuse to help at all. Please do yourself a favour and find another company to go with. I know of over 20 people who have had bad experiences with them and I imagine there are 100’s more… they are aggressive and hostile when they do finally contact you and threaten you with legal action for writing an honest review of your experience. They also somehow manage to have reviews removed on trustpilot.
