   It's been now just over a week since I had my appointment with Radwan for a rootcanal. I'm on average a very tense person when it comes to going to the dentist but I have to say this may have been the best dental experience I have ever had. The whole team was a delight and Radwan was very considered during the entire procedure. Personally I highly recommend going here for treatments. I certainly will be going again.

   Dr Keerthana Sasitharan is easily the best dentist I have ever had. Extremely friendly, meticulous and knowledgeable. I underwent a root canal treatment and the whole process was incredibly smooth. She also reassured me from past traumatic dentist visits and explained everything with great clarity. Would 100% recommend. 10/10 experience.

   I had an issue with a dental appointment where I was charged while I wasn’t working. I provided proof that I was on benefits, and initially was told the appointment would be refunded. Later, I was informed that the refund would no longer be issued. I want to be clear that I am not discouraging anyone from visiting this dentist, as the dental care itself is fine. However, the way my situation was handled felt unfair, and it highlights that the practice may not always handle individual circumstances with flexibility or understanding. I’m sharing this review to reflect my personal experience.

   Before attending, I spoke with the receptionist Miroulla, who has a holistic approach when gathering the information needed. The clarity in her explanation regarding procedures was very reassuring. A welcoming space. Very calm. The reception area, dentist’s room and toilet are spacious and clean. The dentist, Kalpesh, also has a holistic approach in his work. Very thorough, explaining everything in detail when conducting my checkup, answering all my questions. His calm manner, honesty and professionalism put me at ease, which in turn allowed me to be 100% honest with him. Thanks to his knowledge and demeanour, I felt confident that he would choose the best treatment for me. Thank you to the all team at Phoenix Dental Surgery.
