   I had an excellent experience with this dental clinic. I called early this morning because my daughter had an accident and hit her head on the ground, which resulted in a loose tooth. Even though she was not registered with them, they were incredibly kind and understanding and offered us an urgent appointment. We were seen within an hour of my phone call, which was truly impressive. The staff were very welcoming and reassuring, especially with my daughter, and they carried out an X-ray to check that there was no fracture. I am extremely grateful for their professionalism, efficiency, and compassion. I highly recommend this clinic for their outstanding care and prompt response in an emergency.

   Must say this dental is the best in the surrounding area, it has restored my confidence seeing a dentist! The surgery itself is very clean and staff were professional at all times, the surgery look to be well managed with the manager accessible when I had further queries after my consultation. Would recommend this practice to anyone and prices are very competitive with other practice I have used. Big 5 stars!

   Walked into this clinic to register myself no sign of any information given about their services just signed me up and gave me an appointment, I haven't been to dentist in such a long time but these private clinics think they can charge people for breathing on their premises with no sign of given back to the customer. Quite frankly if you want my money, you train your staff well, I live not far and it was local to me and I tried to put faith into simply bright but you have let me down so therefore you've lost a customer. Thank you for the crappiest customer service ever please avoid this place.

   I'm a difficult patient when it comes to my teeth. I had two fillings and hygiene done. I was comfortable, kept calm, assured regularly and supported. I felt understood, assisted for the tasks to be completed as effectively and efficiently as possible. My anxiety did slow me and the time down, but the care and compassion was much appreciated. I thank you.
