   Professional dentists in central Croydon, easily accessible, but beware getting an appointment can take some time. One of the best I have used so far, if not the best. I particularly recommend Dr Anis, you won’t be scared anymore going to the dentist if you choose his practice. My family is very happy with this practice and we have been getting yearly check up and if needed treatment for a few years now.

   I’ve already recommended this practice to my friends! Super kind staff from the receptionists to the doctors. I think everyone can agree that the dentist is a very daunting experience but both times I’ve been I’ve been accommodated, well informed and treated with kindness. Dr Krystyna made my experience today really comfortable and reassured me throughout. Would 1000% recommend and I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment lol

   They are ableist and not accommodating or understanding at all.They charged me £35 just for the deposit and then told me that the treatment for a hygiene or oral clean is from £60- 80 and that they will charge you at the end.I booked the only appointment they had at 19:00 the day before but then accidentally forgot I had an appointment by 40 minutes because of my ADHD and because I was working.I called them and explained to them that I have ADHD and that it completely slipped my mind and that I am happy to reschedule as long as I could keep the deposit.They told me that they would ask the dentist and will get back to me but never did so I had to call them again.They then told me that they will not put it towards another appointment.Very disappointed,If you are thinking of trying them please don’t.These are ableist and greedy people.

   I would not recommend Dacosta! He made only one appointment per month, for financial reasons for sure, to be sure he has clients each month, even though I would have liked to finish my much earlier. Every appointment he would finish one tooth, one decay, with just a little cleaning and then splash, the filling, no cleaning the canals. I am going to another doctor now, because I had a terrible pain to one of the last teeth he did, and she told me we need to take off the filling and work on the root canals to clean them, thing that he never did with none of my teeth, because he was always in a rush to finish his job. Once, I had an emergency and instead of taking better care of me he played the police with me for 10 minutes, asking me 5 times what happened that I dared to bother him with something that he thought it was lie. Who would want to lie to pay a visit to the doctor and leave just like that 50 pounds to the doctor when you could use that money and time for something else??? He is totally not empathetic and respectful!

Regardless the fact my appointment was a little bit postponed I had a great experience having my teeth sorted out.
