Dr Afshin Louie is an absolutely brilliant dentist. We travel quite a long way to see him as we just trust him implicitly.
The best dental surgery on Planet Earth. Very clean, professional, good advice, no unnecessary treatment, very good value for money, always fit you in if they can, brilliant with children and a nice fresh atmosphere. Afshin is an absolute legend and we travel more than 50 miles to see him as a family. We have had Afshin as our family dentist for almost 25 years
I have been a patient with Premier Dental Clinic for a number of years and consider it one of the best decisions I ever made. Everybody who works there is so warm and friendly and seem genuinely happy, which makes for a very relaxed atmosphere. It’s like going to visit members of your family, rather than going to the dentist! During my time with the practice, I have had a range of dental treatment from Doctors, Afshin Louie, Nezire Remzi and Angela Portelly and found all to be highly professional, caring, understanding and accommodating. Not only will you receive excellent dental treatment but you will be given advice and options based what is considered best for you, rather than for the practice. There is no pressure and everything is totally transparent. The main ethos seems to be one of delivering 100% patient satisfaction at a fair price. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would happily do so!
No matter where I move in London I always go to Premier Dental for my check ups. Angela the team are so warm and friendly and the prices are transparent and reasonable. Unlike other clinics, I’ve never felt like I was being pressured into unnecessary treatments - everything is explained clearly and shown on x-rays etc. Thank you for consistently fantastic service!
I cannot recommend Dr. Afshin Louie and his incredible team enough! I’ve had a severe fear of dentists for as long as I can remember, but Dr. Louie is truly amazing. He not only made me feel comfortable and safe, but he also took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which really helped ease my anxiety. From the moment I walked in, the staff were so welcoming, kind, and always had a smile on their faces. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients. The entire experience was beyond what I expected, and I can honestly say that I no longer dread going to the dentist! If you have dental anxiety or are just looking for a highly skilled and compassionate dentist, Dr. Louie is the one to see. He and his team are outstanding, and I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful dental practice.
Having been to many dentists over the years I have to say that this is the best one I've ever been to which is why I keep going back. All the dentists at the practice are amazing, they're all professional, friendly, understanding, helpful and make me believe that going to the dentist isn't something to be fearful of anymore. The reception staff are brilliant, as is the dental hygienist, who is a credit to the practice. The prices are reasonable and I'm able to book an appointment pretty easy, which is a surprise considering how good they are. I'd always highly recommend them.
I have recently had some work done with Dr.Remzi and have had all of my silver fillings changed to white. I honestly could not recommend her enough! She made it a very relaxing and pain free experience and took her time to make sure every detail was correct. I absolutely love the difference in my teeth and you would never even know I have fillings now! It has completely boosted my confidence and I now smile in photos for the first time in years! This has honestly been life changing for me and I’m so glad I decided to go here!
Outstanding. From the moment you step through the door you experience kindness and care from everyone. I leave no one out in my praise. Beautifully equipped, with 3D x-rays on-site and laboratory on-site. I am so pleased that I made the decision to come here. My experience was an excellent one and I highly recommend the Premier Dental Clinic to anyone else who is thinking of getting an implant.
I had a couple of implants done by Louie a few years ago. He and his lovely wife are delightful. He explains very thoroughly the whole process and is so good at putting you at ease and ensuring a comfortable and pain free experience. He will not suggest unnecessary treatments and charges a very reasonable price for his expertise.
Dr Louie is very friendly, reassuring and a pleasure to deal with. I had an implant and didn't feel a thing during, the same day or the next day, I feel absolutely fine which is quite unbelievable. Dr Louie gave me glasses like a virtual reality headset with a film to watch and earphones which means its keep you distracted and you don't see or hear what is going on. I think all dentists should do this. the price is very reasonable and the service very good. I cant recommend Dr Louie highly enough!
