   I saw the advert outside the practice on Friday and called on Monday. As an NHS patient, I would have been offered an appointment the following day if I had been available, which honestly astounded me. The dentist I met with was absolutely amazing. She took her time and talked me through the options in great detail. I have never felt so comfortable, and I really appreciated her flexibility when arranging my follow-up appointment. I truly left feeling speechless. I would highly recommend this dentist.

   Safe to say I have alot of fear surrounding visiting the dentist. I hadn't been for some time (years). The staff were really friendly and gentle. They also explain the process as they go, settling any nerves. Great practice! Very clean too :)

   Fiona is the best. For years I dreaded going to the dentist, I absolutely hated it. Since meeting Fiona my whole experience has changed. She treats you as an individual person, she speaks to you and hears you. She is reassuring, full of empathy, gentle, kind, considerate and all the needs of someone that fears the Dental surgery. She is the best, every experience with Fiona is better than the last one. I would recommend her everytime and I would never ever consider seeing any other dentist. Fiona you are great at what you do!!!

   Dr Pakzad and the team cured my dentophobia. Forever grateful and thankful, with the aid of her trainee dental nurses they were so considerate and professional. We only crossed paths ‘cause I required urgent dental care and she was the only dentist who agreed to see me at such short notice. This was back in Nov’ 2020 and she’s been my dentist since.

   What a joke of a dentist, I'm sitting here in severe agony, and I have to wait until end of March to be seen what an absolute joke so now have to try and find another dentist as this pain is effecting my work and me in general. End of March absolute joke.. 2nd bad review I have made..

   The exterior of the building is misleading because inside the dentist, dental nurse (I think her name was Joe) and the receptionist were all such lovely people. I wanted to send an email but couldn't find one, as they made my toddlers feel so comfortable and went above an beyond to make their first trip to the dentist a pleasurable experience. Whilst we were there another patient was incredibly rude to the staff and Joe was not phased, she remained professional and kept a positive environment. Its so nice to be nice and I just wanted to say a very big thank you to the entire team!!!!

   I use this dentist, it's OK but not great I been coming here for a while I'm a nhs patient. A person should be able to speak to the dentist. But there so cold and uncaring I've had a tooth ache so bad for over 2 months but they never have appointments !! I'll fitting dentures the dentist don't even listen to you lol when it's your own mouth they are in such a rush to get you out the door it's just a slap dash service I have already reported this practice

   Not a great dentist experience. The equipment feels victorian and the building is tired. 2 fillings that were very painful, subsequently had to have these fillings replaced by different dentist. In 18 months. Both replacements I felt no pain at all, unlike 1st time. Secondly I was supposed to be on a waiting list to have tooth removed. When I phoned specialist they had no record of me. Feels like a practice that tries there best with limited resources.

   I had a very bad toothache and I called up the surgery and I was able to get an appointment on the day. The receptionist was very helpful, and I would like to thank her for slotting me in such short notice. The dentist that I saw was very gentle and attentive. I am usually scared of dentists, and I don’t like going to the dentists but this one I saw put me at ease and treated my very gently. The pain is gone now. I am very pleased with the treatment provided and how friendly the dentist was.
