It was a pleasure training the staff at Advanced Dental today in Basic Life Support providing them with life-saving skills that they can use in their work and at home. Pleasant staff members who I would be happy having my dental treatment done by.

I really could not be more unhappy with the service I received at this practice. I saw Dr Orr for a consult at the end of 2023 and had a composite bonded tooth redone with him in May 2024. During the appointment he, without my consent, altered the neighbouring teeth as well, filing them down and creating grooves on the edges. Since that appointment those teeth have gradually been chipped away where they had been weakened and I now have permanent damage and asymmetry on my front teeth for which I will need to shell out hundreds to get fixed. Not only were the neighbouring teeth damaged, but the composite itself was poorly finished with jagged edges. My gums were left inflammed and bleeding and the dentist I went to see to get it fixed was in shock at the quality. I am only 22 years old, I will need to have three of my front teeth completely redone with composite, two of which were previously fine and undamaged, and I will need those continually touched up for the rest of my life. It’s not exactly an outlook that thrills me. This really is not the treatment you expect for Β£850, especially after already spending hundreds for the initial appointments and composite prep.

I went to the practice referred by my dentist to get orthodontist advice. I got the initial examination and a follow up zoom call with the specialist that I paid Β£195 but never got the treatment plan discussed nor any follow up even when I called or email several times. Initially looked fine but in the end I lost my money.

Great practice and a wonderful team. I’m always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from Nicole and Raz at reception. As for my dentist Milly, and hygienist Rahana I can’t rate them highly enough. I’m a very nervous patient but I always feel comfortable and in very safe hands here.

I was recommended to Chris Orr by a friend who said he taught other dentists. However, I was told he no longer takes new patients and put onto Camilla Morrison. Everyone is pleasant but didn’t inspire confidence. My treatment plan turned out not to be accurate when it eventually arrived (after chasing). The dentist singing and chatting over me with her assistant about their social life seemed unprofessional. I became concerned about my treatment and tried to contact the principal to discuss- Mr. Orr. He never returned my call although reception said he was given my file. Billing was chaotic and I was overcharged although it was resolved quickly. Having lost confidence in the dentist and the practice overall I have now found another dentist who is very clear and careful. Although I stopped seeing Camilla only in August my new dentist has found a number of areas of decay which she didn’t spot.

Best dentist I have ever seen. Very practical approach on needed actions versus preventative versus truly optional. The truly optional included expensive crown replacement that two prior dentists (US & UK) recommended. Good balanced advice on cosmetic issues too.

A practice that actually tries to help you. The crown of my implant fell off and my previous implant practice has closed. My local dentist refused to touch anything implant related. All other practices I called just threw jargons at me, told me they had long waiting lists etc. Until I called Advanced Dental, I could feel the receptionist was trying to help. Eventually I got an appointment with Dr. Orr and he fixed my crown perfectly. I wish I found this practice earlier. I am staying with them going forward. Highly recommended.

A really detailed and informative initial new patient appointment. I got a thorough report of my overall dental health, which after Covid lockdown was really important to me. My questions were answered and options presented without any pressure. Everyone at practice was very friendly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Nice place with good people. If you would like to have a HOLLYWOOD smile you are in right place. Doctors are very professional and sometimes working part time in the emergency hospital departments, so you will get be served by the best of the best. Also hygienist practice is amazing - around 60, 90£, very friendly staff, straightforward and honest, they will tell you what needs to be done. Very professional receptionist - admin girls, also they are efficient and on point - if you need to change date or time, they are very knowledgeable and will provide what is the best for the client. They will make for you whole schedule with appointments for whole year. Safe place to go and invest in your smile. Clean toilets, modern rooms and equipment, some free goods like toothpaste and toothbrushes. I am client for almost 6 years. Also they are very transparent with each other so almost whole staff knows what was done and by whom, and each doctor checking whole your mouth just in case.
