Very reasonably priced; it was also very easy to book an appointment online for same day visit. My dentist Fenny was absolutely lovely and so professional. The receptionist was also very knowledgeable. Thank you team!
This has been one of the most unprofessional dental practices I’ve ever dealt with. They cancel appointments at the last possible minute over and over again, with constant excuses and zero accountability. It genuinely feels like NHS patients are pushed to the side and not given any real priority. The reliability is awful, the communication is terrible, and the overall service shows a complete lack of respect for people’s time. After so many last-minute cancellations and constant inconvenience, I can honestly say this place has been nothing but a headache. I would strongly warn others to avoid this practice — it has been a consistently bad experience from start to finish.
The dentist is great and is good at her job but when I booked and paid £120 for a check up and clean over the phone I asked if I’ll need to pay anything extra, and she said no I will not. After my check up I was charged an extra £15 because she said she needs to take another x ray just to make sure so I said okay but no one said it was an extra charge. My family have been coming here for a long time and that was really disappointing..
Today’s my first time to see Dr Miriam. She is very kind, friendly, and explain very well —which makes me feel calm and relieved. Also, the reception team is nice and helpful. Recommended.

Had to make an emergency appointment and got seen by a dentist on the same day. Dr Miriam was really helpful. The prices are cheaper than other dentists in the area and they have good availability. There’s a pharmacy and Asda next door too, which was helpful to pick up my prescription and other items.
What a terrible experience. First time here for a deep clean £75 for 12 min clean. A quick skim around the teeth with the machine and a touch up polish. I felt embarrassed to say "was that it?". Been going dentists for past 20 years and never had experienced such a quick service. Certainly won't be coming here again.

Really good dental practice. Miriam is a really good dentists, one of the best ones I have ever been to. Friendly nurse and receptionist. I have no regrets choosing them. Don't really have any complains or anything bad to say.
