This building is a complete disgrace, and Centrick’s management of it is beyond negligent. Living here feels like surviving in a neglected, abandoned structure rather than a residential apartment building. The elevators break down every few days, sometimes more often. You never know if you’ll be trapped, delayed, or forced to use staircases that are themselves unsafe and filthy. Security is nonexistent, they are broken locks meaning homeless individuals regularly sleep inside the building, including staircases and the mail area. This is not an attack on them; it is a clear failure by Centrick to secure the property and protect tenants. The car entrance gate has been broken for MONTHS, leaving over 100 cars completely exposed to theft and vandalism. Anyone can walk or drive in freely. The parking system is another joke entirely, the ANPR cameras constantly malfunction and issue wrong tickets to the correct cars. You pay for parking just to be harassed by a broken system. The hygiene situation is absolutely revolting. Dogs freely enter the building and urinate and defecate everywhere, hallways, entrances, and even inside the elevators. The smell is nauseating. This is a serious health hazard, not a minor inconvenience. I will be attaching photo evidence of dog feces and urine inside the building and elevators because words honestly don’t do justice to how disgusting this place has become. Fire safety is treated with the same level of care: the fire alarm barely works, and when it does, it’s usually a false alarm. In a real emergency, I have zero confidence this building would keep anyone safe. At one point, we were left without running water for days, something that should never happen in a supposedly managed residential property. Centrick does not maintain this building. They do not fix issues. They do not care. This property is allowed to rot while tenants continue paying rent for conditions that are unfit for human living. Do yourself a favor and do NOT rent here. Save your money, your health, and your sanity. This place is better suited for neglect, filth, and decay than for people trying to live normal lives. This building is better suited for neglect than for tenants. Living here is a daily battle with filth, insecurity, and incompetence. AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COST, everyday is a battle for my mental health not breaking down AVOID! AVOID!! AVOID!!!

Approximately once a month the fire service will need to come out when the alarms go off in the middle of the night. There is no security or caretaker here to deal with these issues anymore. The owners threatened residents who silenced the alarm with charges, and then locked the control panel off so that the fire service can’t disable the alarm. The owners should be fined for regularly wasting the emergency services time.

Always issues in the blocks, noisy , dirty and the lifts are always broken for weeks on end. Private parking firm runs the car park and hands out fines to residents for every entry and exit and fobs constantly require re-programming and stop working. The area around the flat is run down and is all construction zones so during the day there is constant drilling and piling and machinery being operated. Cars parked on the roads are always broken into at night and are often stripped for parts so very unsafe. The one positive is the close proximity to bullring by foot.

Stay away from this dodgy complex. Ground floor flats are being used as drug dealing houses. Lift is always broken. There is never parking outside of the block and don’t feel safe at all when it gets dark. Avoid at all costs!!

This is a lovely little secure apartment block. I have a very good friend that lives there and they are lovely cosy apartments and they even house some semi ferral cats. The cats live within the whole apartment block and get fed by residents who choose to and one of them lets you stroke them, some of them are a bit skittish and will run from you. They sleep in little home made houses on the outside terrace which is for everyone to use. Rent seems reasonable and everyone who resides there is lovely.

I’ve lived here for over a year and can honestly say I can’t wait to leave! Theres far too many students living here, throwing party’s etc. You don’t even get signal inside the apartment block. There’s nothing about no shops no restaurants I wouldn’t recommend anyone wasting their money or time moving here, it feels like uni accommodation and that’s not fair on people who actually pay to live here. I’m moving soon so I can’t wait to get out of here

A nice place to live in upcoming Digbeth. You have the Bullring which is approximately 10 mins walk and Digbeth clubs. I do agree the air BnB that are rented out are misused and taken advantage of, but I guess that's up to the landlords to sort out. Can't do much about it. Due to their nuisance in taking residential parking; there's now a private company which gives fines/tickets if someone parks where they shouldn't. But overall the view as you can see its view is amazing, it has a centre court which you can sit and rest and is well maintained.
