   I lived in Umberslade accommodation for 2 years straight. The best accommodation I have ever rented. The neighbourhood is amazing. Peace and quiet. 5 groceries around and train station is just 10 mins walk. And bus stops are 2-3 mins away. Very responsible landlord. Whatever the issue coming up, they fixed it always on time. Rating 10/10 from me.

   The properties are designed well, cleaned biweekly and are always close to major supermarkets. I stayed in the Umberslade property and had a great time during my masters. The landlord is very good and is always responsive within a day. I would strongly reccomend renting with them.

   I had minimal issues staying at Dawlish accommodation for a year. Jeet responded quickly to any requests or complaints. The only problem was extensive construction taking place next door so it was loud and we were unable to use the garden comfortably. However, the actual room was great and the communal areas/bathrooms were kept very clean by cleaners!
