   After 18 months of renting with Atwood estates we decided too move as we brought our first property. Since handing in our tenancy Atwood estates have been a nightmare and I wish I knew sooner they’d be a bunch of con artists. We cleaned the house and scrubbed from top top too bottom after we moved for a few days too make sure it was in tip top condition. We then had been told we would be getting our deposit back from their so called clerk, too find out two days later we was not. They have fabricated everything and lied about us saying the house was filthy. The only thing filthy is their business. I would genuinely avoid at all costs, and it’s a shame it’s ended on bad terms like this as living there they were okay. There is mould all throughout the home that we kept telling them about , as we had a newborn baby and they did not do anything about it. They lie and lie and lie and I’d rather them keep the money if they are that desperate too be like this. I wish I could name and shame them but they know who they are, and I hope anyone that rents from here knows what they’ll be in for. Disgusting . We are awaiting a small claim court order as we are not going too be taking this lightly especially when we have proof of them saying we could have our money back.

   Super Dishonest People. I was their tenant in Yardly and it was very cold I guess December and boiler got out of order. I called Shahid and instead of expediting it because of so cold and I told him that I have 9 months baby, we can not survice. He took 4 days to resolve the issue and I know how difficult was that time. Other than that When I was leaving, he said no deposit refund and he claimed that I did not gave him one month notice, I sent him chat proof and he denied. Thank God that deposit was with Agency and I got full refund based on those evidences. If you want to make your life super difficult and tense, then go to these unprofessional guys.

   If you love yourself and family, don't rent any property from this agent. They are really bad agents, they don't reply to mails and calls. They do not renovate their houses, they don't care for their tenants welfare. All they care about his increasing rent on yearly bases for houses they don't take care.

   worst place on earth - id rather be in prison than here - i have a folder full of problems dating back to nearly five years ago - they just wont fix anything - see pictures below for yourself - nearly five years - pay my rent on time and no one seems to care - my mental health has deteriorated - they ruined two of my Christmases. very rude. unhelpful ect - AVOID!
