   After being with Profectus for over 2 years, I can honestly say they are the best letting agents I’ve ever been with. Andy who works there is honestly a really kind and caring guy and is excellent at his job. Any problems I’ve ever had he has been on it! Andy does what is best for the tenants and he’s a star. All the staff at Profectus are amazing. It makes life a lot easier when you have decent people to help you with property issues. Would definitely rent from them again.

   Firstly, I cannot thank Profectus enough. Ario reached out to me by phone and spoke to me in depth about the job I had applied for. It sounded really exciting, and so Ario forwarded my details to the Managing Director of the company. From here on out, Ario continuously supported me and offered his advice during the interview process (which I found particularly stressful as it was my first interview experience). In the end, I was successful in securing the job, which is a dream job to me! But, I could not have done it without the support of Profectus. I would recommend their excellent services to anyone.

   I can only say good things about Profectus estates team, especially Billy and Akbar. They were super helpful during my tenancy, any problems in my flat were fixed ASAP and we always maintained good communication during the process. My deposit was returned in a couple of days and no problems at all. I would highly recommend this letting agency, they are quite responsible, helpful, and accessible. Nothing compared to other letting agencies I have used in the past! Highly recommended!
