This company is incredible, they’re family run and so warm and lovely. All our questions were answered swiftly and they have made every effort to help us find a second year home. Especially with our specific requirements, an international student etc. Couldn’t recommend King and Co enough!

I have lived in Selly Oak for 3 years and have remained with King and Co each year, across 3 different properties, as they have proven themselves as credible, reliable and trustworthy. Any issues I have had have been resolved quickly and thoroughly, and with their office based in Selly Oak they are readily available to help should an urgent matter arise. All of the staff are friendly, approachable and helpful and I could not recommend King and Co more highly.
Can’t recommend them enough! Really quick and responsive and always happy to help. Didn’t have any problems with them and any problems we had with the house were always fixed very quickly, or if it took longer, we were kept up-to-date on the process. Everything was very straightforward and they were happy to explain or answer any queries I had, which was a lot since this was my first time renting a house. The team are super friendly and I wish them all the best :)
Best estate agent I’ve found for student. From the moment I had my viewing I’ve felt like they’ve helped a lot. They have very good communication and are very understanding. Mel&Gary especially have helped a lot in regards to queries and communication with the landlord for us which enabled us to sign the contract. I would highly recommend King&Co properties!
