They genuinely care about students and don’t try to rip you off like many others do. Even with a small budget, they helped us find a great house in a good location. What makes them stand out is that it’s a family-run agency . they’re understanding, approachable, and really empathetic to student situations. Whenever we had any issues whether it was electricity, gas, or general repairs they sorted it quickly and efficiently. Easy Lettings are such a great company. We are in one of their student houses - it’s beautiful with big rooms, a big garden that the landlord takes care of, really affordable rent and very homely. The landlord has been over within an hour or two usually if there’s been an issue, and it’s always fixed within a couple of days. I feel very lucky to be with them as I know this isn’t the case for a lot of students. They really care about us and our experience and they take pride in their properties. They’ve been organised from the start and we’ve chosen to stay in our house for next year as well.

They go over and beyond to help out tenants. I recently had a problem in the middle of the night with a friend of mine being locked in our bathroom. It was 4 in the morning and I rang easy lettings as the lock had broken, by 4:30 one of the letting agents was here and helping us. He was so lovely and really cared for everyone involved and wanted to make sure my friend was okay. The issue was solved quickly. I cant thank him enough. Me and my housemates are really happy with easy lettings. Thank you !
Our experience with Easy Lettings has been great. We are 5 students living in one of their properties on Raglan Road in Balshall Heath and we love it. It is a beautiful property, the rooms are big and we have a lovely garden. It isn’t like your usual student housing, it feels like a proper home. The landlord is lovely, he lives just down the road and any issues are resolved immediately. The prices are really reasonable, and you can tell that the company really wants you to have a good experience. I definitely recommend !!
