   Stayed in Manchester. Amazing location and very well decorated house. Perfect for a stay in Manchester. I left my phone in the house and I had it returned, trustworthy cleaners! Would stay again.

   I've added our full chat and evidence of my booking as this host likes to deny he ever had his bad reviews stay in his properties. Stayed in there Manchester salford home. It stated luxury serviced accommodation Turned up and the property had rubbish all over the garden, the back garden was covered in waste and the decking was smashed to bits and rotten away, the radiator was leaking over the kitchen floor, heating didn't work, host hadn't paid the gas bill! After contacting them about the issue we waited hours to even get a response and then had to turn the gas back on at the meter and sort the boiler out ourselves as the hosts only help was a YouTube video After we complained to the host is where it got really bad. First we were just told we are generally not nice people because we complained, then we were told we would be reported to Airbnb and have our accounts suspended, he would be contacting our employer (I work for myself) to make a complaint about us, and then started making threats and referencing that he lives close to one of the people staying with me. In the end we got refunded by Airbnb and left a bad review on the platform, to which the host deleted the listing and put a new one up so no customers could see the bad review. Genuinely the worst experience I've had with someone I've rented a property from Oh and it was 800 a week for this wonderful service. Shamil the guy running the company is just scum and I would avoid booking with this company at all costs

   Spent 2 weeks at a Maevela property and it was truly a great experience! Owner was quick in responding to all my inquiries, and the apartment was fully cleaned and well furnished. I will be using Maevela again for my next business trip, highly recommend!

   Overall, I had an enjoyable experience with Maevela and I found them to be pretty helpful and extremely responsive. We stayed at the Digbeth apartment and the apartment itself was quite lovely but the only issue was the building was not well managed. I understand that Maevela has no control over this so it has not affected my overall experience. We have booked another Maevela apartment as we have had a positive experience. Will definitely recommend

   DO NOT STAY HERE! Looks nothing like the photos, is outdated and shabby, couldn’t believe it was the same place we booked. Beds rock hard and the sofa smells of urine, also the kitchen is missing several cabinets fronts like they’ve been ripped off. Plus, there’s a security camera inside the flat, presumably to monitor comings and goings but still, huge invasion of privacy. Windowless bathroom with broken light, had to use phone torches to shower. Stay elsewhere for cheaper & better is my suggestion.

   Booked accommodation for 2 nights. We have been under the impression it was LUXUARY high end brand new. After sleeping the first night I realised I’ve damaged my back quite badly and it was due to the mattress being broken and the springs coming out. The sofa in the living room was all broken again deep hollow in it with the springs coming out. I am unsure how this is brand new. If you are looking for a decent night sleep not one which is gonna leave u with a crippled back do not stay here. The management was very rude. They told us to leave at 8pm if we was not happy instead of addressing the issue.

   My husband Archie and I had a lovely evening in the suite near China Town; I know the founder, Shamil, went above and beyond to make our golden anniversary weekend special. I'm still in awe and disbelief at the price of a stay in such an upmarket apartment. I felt like an extremely special lady, and acquiring the keys was seamless. Ladies, if you want somewhere within walking distance to fully enjoy the pleasures life offers, don't hesitate to book an apartment with Maevela today. Archie and I will remember that night for the rest of our lives.

   We recently stayed at the beautiful Maevela apartments and I can honestly say I’ve never had such a easy ride while booking and staying at an apartment!:) honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!! It had everything we needed and was so close to everything also! The constant contact from the hosts to check everything was okay and if we needed anything else really made a positive change to our stay! I will definitely be booking again in the future without a doubt! Thanks again for the beautiful stay in your apartments!!

   I am so glad I chose to stay at these gorgeous apartments! From start to finish, I was constantly impressed. I stayed in the orange apartment in the centre of Birmingham and I could not fault it one bit. The apartment itself was incredibly modern and the small finishing touches were so appreciated..e.g dishwasher tablets, laundry facilities and of course it was SPARKLING clean. I am quite a fussy traveller and I will definitely be booking again the next time I come to Birmingham. I usually stay in a hotel, but facilities to cook my own food and have a much larger space really enabled me to fully relax. Thank you Maevela and thank you to the wonderful staff who were on hand to help instantly with any queries. Ellie

   My stay was amazing! The apartment was immaculate everything was soo clean! The interior is really pretty. The bed and sofa was super comfortable. The host was amazing and responded very quick. Apartment had Netflix, Play Station and Games, Cards and board games. Was 10/10 and can’t wait to book again!
