I am an extreamley nervous patient and the support and care from Receptionists, Hygenists, Dental Nurses to Dentists on my dental journey has been the best experience I've ever had. For many years and all the practices I used before, I had to have intravenous sedation even just for a check up, but the care at Damira I have actually managed a filling without which is phenomenal. All my appointments had been on the NHS but for no other reason than wanting to explore interventions offered privately I decided to try a private check up. I came away feeling pampered, questions answered and without feeling I had to make a decision. No, I didn't have pamper treatments, but thats how I felt after my last appointment. In terms of professionalism and care there is no difference between their NHS and Private Service. Whichever suits you, I can not reccomend a better dentist as Damira Penge especially for nervous patients, everyone there really takes care of you.
What a lovely practice. All the way from the lovely receptionist to the dentist herself and dental nurse. So clean, professional and caring. I was so nervous having a traumatic experiences from another local dentist. Dr Azam was amazing. She made me feel so relaxed and was able to help me in the same day. I am so grateful for their help today and how comfortable they made me feel. What a lovely team. Would definitely recommend coming if you are a nervous patient especially. Thank you again and your hard work is so appreciated.
I have been registered at the clinic for a very long time with my family and although I haven't been for a while the receptionist is undeniably very helpful and professional as always. The new team of Dentist are very friendly and very caring. I'm very impressed with the new set up and payment options available to patient alleviate the cost as Dentist bills can be a bit costly.

Wow! I booked this place based on location alone. When I saw the reviews my partner was concerned but a lot are very old. This is the best dental practice I’ve ever visited. That might not sound impressive but considering how often I move, it’s a lot. Usual cliches re helpful and friendly staff but genuine advice given by the dentist. Saw me on time and felt like they cared. As everything covered by BUPA for me, I was happy to agree to everything, but was actually advised a less invasive treatment, unlike the previous practice. Highly recommend.

Such a waste of time,after waiting for almost an hour to be seen. I was told there was a mix up and could not be seen. I needed to be added to a waiting list. The phone call was from a new staff and she had not been trained properly . Find a decent dental practice.
Had my first checkup today with Sonia,I would say Sonia explained everything in detail which I like as I’m always full of questions, another positive is it’s easy to get quick appointments. Only negative so far is having to pay privately the hygienist to have my teeth cleaned which costs £58. My previous dentist cleaned & polished as part of my treatment without a separate charge.
