Excellent service. I needed an emergency appointment to sort a chipped tooth. The receptionist was really helpful when I called and super friendly when I arrived. Faye, the superb dentist, was very attentive. Highly recommended.
Very happy with Bupa Beckenham. I'm nervous about dentists and the work they did was complicated. But they walked me through all the options and explained everything that would happen. Both Jelena and Anthony are excellent dentists who took time to listen to my concerns and responded appropriately. I always felt in control and that helped me relax. The work was expertly handled, as was evidenced by the successful outcome, and the very fast recovery time with zero post-op problems and no pain.
I am blown away by the effort that staff went to for our family, and to meet the additional needs of our child. Faye was just brilliant. I can't recommend this Practice highly enough. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!
Best dental clinic for last minute appointment cancellations Fancy getting to your dental appointment only to be told the hygienist pulled a sickie (thank you very much TERESA SMYTH) ? Look no further, this place does it better than no other. Unfortunately not really for me. Hope to hear from management on how they plan to return 2h of wasted time back to me.
Highly recommended this dentist! Anthony Sweeney has been my dentist since as long as I can remember and he's brilliant, totally puts me at ease and delivers the best treatment. I recently got invisalign, and Faye and her team have been wonderful. They go above and beyond for your Invisalign treatment, and deliver great results. Not to forget the receptionist, who are very welcoming and are very helpful should you have any questions. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
