I booked an appointment to reattach an artificial crown tooth on Thursday 11th Dec. at 1:00pm. Upon arrival, I was directed to see a dentist (Dr. Reza), as I was explaining my situation to Dr Reza, he interjected, became condescending and kept saying he doesn't do this type of treatment, he is not interested or he is going to charge me excessively if he was going to treat me. Then he asked who treated me previously, I mentioned Dr Fiona and N. At that point, I didn't feel comfortable with him touching my mouth, so I exited the room, went to the receptionist and narrates the whole incident. The receptionist was calm, apologetic and booked a slot for me at Smile straight at Bellingham to see Dr Fiona. All in all, I feel Dr Reza was unprofessional, dismissive, disrespectful, and lacked empathy by invalidating my opinion or feelings.

After several years of treatment with Dr Shanka, I can confirm, you cannot fault their service. I used to be extremely anxious of the dentist, and Iβve always felt at ease and welcomed here. I am very happy with my results, and having chosen Waldron Dental for my new smile. Thank you Dr Shanka! You are an asset to the practice.

Only consider If you want to be waiting months for appointments, have appointments cancelled on you and be on your invisalign journey for 3yrs + ! I began my Invisalign journey at the end of 2022. From the outset, I experienced issues with my bite , my teeth did not align properly, and I was unable to close them together, which led to TMJ symptoms. I paused treatment and fortunately the TMJ symptoms subsided. Due to a family bereavement, there was a delay before resuming treatment, and my teeth were rescanned. Since then, I have had two further rescans because one tooth was not aligning correctly. At my appointment on 14th May 2025, I explained that I wanted to stop treatment because of how prolonged and frustrating the process had become. However, I was advised against ending treatment because I would not be able to have a fixed retainer fitted until my teeth were straight. We agreed to rescan again to target the final adjustments, particularly one tooth and my lower teeth. I had a follow-up appointment scheduled for 11th June, which was cancelled because the aligners had not arrived. I heard nothing for a month, so I contacted reception myself, only to be told that my treatment had expired and I now had to see Shankar the dentist. This was extremely frustrating as: β’ I was never informed that treatment was close to expiring, β’ my 14th May rescan was a waste of time, β’ I was not given any timelines from the start of treatment. On top of this, I travel 3β4 hours each way from Leicester, which the team knew from the beginning and assured me would not be an issue. Yet Iβve repeatedly attended appointments only to face delays, cancellations, and lack of clarity. Some delays have been due to staff cancellations, others due to aligner delivery issues, and it has also been difficult to find availability, leading to waits of 3β4 months after aligners arrived. After this incident, I submitted a complaint email. Nobody phoned or responded directly; they simply booked me in to see Shankar on 30th July 2025. At that appointment, he rescanned my teeth and explained that Invisalign was pushing back because it has been 3 years ; most of which was not my fault. He said it would take 3β4 weeks. It has now been 2 months since then. To make matters worse, I was booked in for 30th September, and yet again my appointment was cancelled last minute. I had already booked a day off work and arranged travel, which is non-refundable. Overall, I have spent almost three years, significant travel costs, and countless hours, only to be left without aligned teeth , which werenβt even that bad to begin with. I have received no accountability, no proactive communication, and no compensation for my losses. This experience has been incredibly stressful, disappointing, and I would not recommend it!!!

At the beginning the service from this practise was great. Then it slowly started to deteriorate. I had two appointments where the x-ray machine was not working and I was not notified prior to the appointment, meaning I made two unnecessary visits to the practise. I have been booked in with the wrong dentist and appointments cancelled on the day of. Also getting any follow up information has been a hard task. I called for confirmation on my dental plan, the receptionist was unable to confirm the price for my plan and said he would get back to me in a week regarding this information. I never received any correspondence from him in the time frame given. I then received the plan information via email a month later. Poor follow up service.

there prices are unbeatable honestly i was searching for ages to find a cheap place for braces and not even turkey could beat waldrons prices i highly recommend them even if u have to travel a few hours its so worth it i had a expander plate for roughly a month at 17 (50:50 chance it wouldnt work but it did ) and it pushed my teeth out so much, the dentist who did them did put it slightly off and it was nearly forcing my tooth out by the end BUT it was taken off at the next appointment by a different dentist as it worked enough, then gave it a month for them to settle again before putting the braces on and so far i have had them on about 2 months and honestly there all most completely straight im shocked, so far iv only paid Β£659 for stuff that would have cost me Β£4000+ elsewhere! ( top/bottom braces and a expander plate )

Excellent. I had braces throughout lockdown. Best choice, best service, best decision. However on two occasions I had a different orthodontists, I'd have liked the same person. Nevertheless still excellent

I was 45!! Yes, I got my braces in age of 45 hence I was extremely sceptical about the result and also about my teeth health after. And here I am, 6 moths after the treatment. Everything was absolutely fine! The team was great, very knowledgeable and professional. No issues whatsoever. And that was the best birthday gift I ever got for myself. I smile all the time. Highly recommended place.

I thought I would share my experience with this dental practice so others may avoid the same issues. I am in the process of at least trying to get a refund for the filling which has fallen out three times. See details of my experience below; Filling in the back right bottom of my mouth has fallen out three times β most recently in November after works had been carried out two days before. On the Sunday I called and was told another dentist would carry out the works and management would be in touch. It is now a month later after filing a formal complaint and the dentist refuse to even acknowledge me with a response. Β· Crown to root canal fell off within the first week of it being fixed and shattered Β· When I came back to get the crown fitted for the second time, the dentist had forgot to have the new crown delivered so I had to come back for an additional appointment. Amongst other late cancellations Β· During my initial root canal treatment, the tools stopped working and power to the chair so I had to be moved to another room following anaesthetic. I have never experienced this with any other dental practice and I am concerned about the quality of work to date. I have given them every opportunity to respond and resolve, however I am continually ignored. Would strongly recommend you to avoid this place at all costs.
