    I have used this surgery since moving to Leeds in 2007. It has become an absolute shambles and a mockery of "first point of care". One item I have on repeat prescription has been unavailable for some while and I have been without it now for 8 weeks. The pharmacist suggested an alternative which other surgeries have granted for other patients. My doctors refused to prescribe it and asked me to make an appointment to discuss. I was offered a phone appointment on the 17th of September! By this time, I will have been without this medication for 11 weeks. This is a reflection of the state of the NHS and the Nation in general.

    Amazing doctors and staff. Appointments aren’t always easy to obtain, but this is nowhere near as bad as other doctors in and around the area. I can’t praise them highly enough. Five stars all round.

    MASSIVE WASTE OF TIME! Registered with this Doctors surgery in June, had appt.s in the following weeks to discuss treatment for ADHD... 5 months later, it transpires they've only just contacted the MH team (after I rang last week to enquire about my progress on the waiting list) and have not yet been referred. 5 months! SMH.

    Excellent doctors. Open all day, online appointment system is good. They keep up with patients needs and requirements. Yes it’s not the most up to date looking surgery but it’s the skill set of the people not the technology. My only criticism is the time it takes to see a nurses for day to day checks like blood tests etc.

    I think this is a very good doctors. Not only are they good listeners but they always follow through your requests. And every morning they keep aside some appointments for emergency.

    I have a very bad experience of their reception My friend needed an emergency appointment however, she always telling lies and does not give appointments with no reason. She even lost her documents last time, could not remember where it is! I never had such an irrespective situation and definitely will go for complaint about them. If something made my friend health worse during this delay it will be their fault for sure.
