An excellent site that has bedded down the Spa Medica procedures very well despite it being not open that long relative to other Spa Medica sites. All staff encountered are professional, efficient and very patient and caring with their interactions with patients, answering all concerns and questions, all which is extremely reassuring to patients who are understandably concerned about their sight. Signage to and within the building could be more prominent for first time users but this is likely to improve over time but other than that would have no hesitation rating them so highly. From the very friendly chap ensuring all are directed to the correct areas and ensuring all are suitably watered to the eye consultants and nurses, a very impressive setup.
Was very nervous at going for cataract operation. I attended spa medica at leeds. Truly a great place. My mind was put at ease almost immediately from porter to surgeon. Recently I had my cataract removed at SpaMedica in Leeds. I am amazed the whole procedure was very speedy and painless. I am so pleased with the results and noticed how much my vision improved immediately after the surgery. The staff at hospital were friendly, efficient and most competent. The surgical procedure was fully explained by Dr George and every other staffs involved with my operation.
