   I had a great experience with Monica my hygienist. She was very accommodating and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Her knowledge and professionalism were evident, and she explained everything clearly. The cleaning was thorough and well done—I’m really pleased with the results. Highly recommend Monica for anyone looking for excellent dental care!

   Had a hygienist appointment and although the lady who did the appointment was extremely friendly and nice I left the appointment very disappointed. The water used to spray my teeth was going all on my face and down my neck/t-shirt and the electric polisher kept going my face not my teeth leaving my with a graze to my face and feeling like I’d had my face exfoliated not my teeth cleaned. I think I was in there no longer than 15mins max, after paying nearly £90 for the appointment, and then noticing my teeth were not cleaned properly or as thoroughly as my previous appointments have been. This has definitely made me re-think which dentist I should go too.

   I have just joined this and from the moment I was greeted by a friendly receptionist to being seen by the dentist and given very good advice I can thoroughly recommend this practice. I was also given a follow up appointment within a few days. Excellent service and lovely staff.

   I am with Damira the avenue in Highams Park for years and was always treated well. Sadly, my previous NHS dentist had left and the new one I met (Dr Pirouzina) recently for a checkup was no good. As there is only him as NHS dentist, I had no choice but to book with him for the treatment he recommended. And as he is alone, I had to wait 4 weeks. I am a very stressed patient and he completely disregarded that. When I came for my treatment, I was getting very stressed and became quite upset as he had 15 minutes delay. I was crying when I entered the room and his assistant, Viola, was amazing as she hugged me and she explained to the dentist I was upset when he could see it but he made very unpleasant comments. Viola got me to calm down enough to seat on the chair while the dentist was still not nice —- asking why I behaved like that, asking if I had previous bad experiences and when I said yes, he asked me to give examples which I declined as was too upsetting. He told me I could come back another time but I told him I’d rather keep my appointment as I was already seating in the chair. He didn’t apologise for being late but I said I can understand he would help patients when needed as he was becoming rude on that aspect too and wanted to speed up. He injected the anaesthetic and after a minute or 2 he started. Viola hold my hand and was stroking my shoulder when she could. I was on some pain as he started too soon after injecting but it eventually got better. Dr Pirouzina was mumbling to himself while treating me and it was not nice comments. I tried to ignore them and focused on breathing. He was treating my front top tooth and lots of water and air were entering my nose which was not nice at all. Viola was doing her best to dry me up while treatment was ongoing. After repair was done, I told him it felt rough on my tooth and he said he couldn’t removed more as that would make the tooth too thin and he became very upset when I was not happy. So I eventually said it was ok as I just wanted to leave. When I stood up, he asked me if my behaviour was worth it. I had a panic attack while waiting for my delayed appointment, nothing I did on purpose. I left the room upset and on shock at such insensitivity and rudeness. Must be very difficult for his assistant to witness such appalling behaviour as I am pretty sure he behaves like that often. I felt treated like a child with complete disregard to my distress and sensibilities.

   Very pleased with the service. I had a crown done by David who was very professional and did a fantastic job. He was very thorough in explaining the procedure and made me feel at ease. Reception are always polite and helpful, it's always very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this surgery.

   Sameena Khan is a star dentist. I’ve been at the Chingford practice for about 10 years I believe and since I’ve had Sameena as my dentist, I’ve never felt so at ease and cared for as a patient. She is professional, understanding and genuinely cares. I would recommend this Dental studio purely for her.

   I had to have some teeth extracted, the dentist was just brilliant. She talked to me throughout the process and explained what she was doing, and it really helped to keep me calm. Everyone from the lovely reception team to the dental assistants are welcoming and genuinely friendly. I can not recommend them enough. Thank you to everyone at the practice for being simply brilliant.

   Time wasting poor service from the receptionist/s. Earlier this week I emailed in morning to request a new appointment (as a returning private patient). Took until end of the day to get a response where I was told to phone up or leave my phone no. for Damira to contact me. Phone was engaged when I tried to contact Damira so I sent two further emails with my phone no. asking Damira to call me. Never received a phone call or email reply to that. Got fed up with waiting so have now booked an appointment with a different Dentist place.

   Went to see the dentist with my husband who is disabled, and were treated with the upmost respect. Great dentist and her assistant are both fantastic and caring. Dentist gave really good practical advice and didnt push for unnecessary work. Would highly recommend, as my husband did have a bad experience a few years ago with a different dentist.

Needed an emergency appointment for my child who fell and broke some teeth. the manager called back straight away and booked us in fuss free, the dentist, Dr Sam, was amazing, calm, explained everything and gave a great overall service.
