Nik and his assistant are absolutely amazing, they both make you feel so comfortable and my experience with my dental treatment has been pain free and on point. I would absolutely recommend this surgery as the best I have ever known. Like many others I am not a fan of the dentist but with Nik and his assistant they are understanding and know exactly how to make you ffeel comfortable and relaxed. Howevever: I have given 4 stars because the receptionist that is there at present (Friday 25/8/23) is the most rude, nasty with such an arrogant attitude Knowing this person is the first you meet as you enter the surgery, you would expect a warm welcome. On this day I entered the surgery this person thouĝt it was correct to rant and rave to me when I asked her a question not only was she loud and abrupt but her arms were all over the place expressing her thoughts towards me. I said to her okay calm down a few times. Thank goodness there was only one elderly man in the waiting room as this was such an embarrassing moment. It is such a shame because as stated above Nik and his assistant deserve 5+ stars but the receptionist herself need some serious customer service training which should include respect and dignity. I have recently had root canal treatment and the result is excellent. Nik is the best dentist I have ever had, I feel so fortunate to have found him. It's so nice to have a dentist who is a perfectionist! Michael Learner
I am probably one of Nic's biggest cowards for visiting the dentist I have had some awful dentists in the past, but Nic is absolutely amazing puts you at ease and listens to what I have to say. I would definitely recommend Alluring Smile's for their dentistry and the professionalism along with their friendly staff. If you ever need to see a hygienist I would definitely recommend Linda at alluring smile's she is absolutely amazing

The great Ruth who always takes care of mine and my families appointments with her smiley face and professional worth ethics. We always feel at home when we come here. I was recommended to see Nik at Alluring Smiles after previous bad experiences elsewhere and having been I can't recommend the practice and Nik enough. I'm ecstatic about the veneers I had done and it has really boosted my confidence with all the compliments I have received.
