5+ stars for Dr Jason P. and Stela C. These wonderful people are angels! I had a very complicated extraction and Dr Jason made it with 0 pain and with all the attention and professionalism. Really grateful to both of them for helping me in time of distress, when the pain was too much!
Disgraceful service with a complete lack of empathy. I called up today at 9am attempting to book an urgent appointment as my 1 year old had a fall, bumped her front tooth and I feared an intrusion. The woman on reception resorted to responding "We're not taking any new NHS patients" followed by silence. A patient facing member of staff of a practice that offers NHS services (whose guidance states all practices must provide advice, pain relief or onward referral for urgent problems) could at least show a degree of emotional intelligence and support with finding an alternative, given the nature of the query. I am disgusted by the lack of professionalism and would suggest you train your staff or hire better.
I want to express my appreciation for the exceptional care I received during my recent filling treatment with Jason His skill and attention to detail was truly impressive. Jason made the entire process virtually pain-free, which is something I genuinely appreciated. The fillings look absolutely amazing—almost indistinguishable from my natural teeth! I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you for your professionalism and for creating such a comfortable experience.
extremely unprofessional and rude. the dentist cut me off when i tried to explain my issues i had with his last cleaning, called me stupid for coming back for a second cleaning, telling me it ‘wasn’t his job to clean my teeth’. don’t go here. he didn’t even say bye when i said thank you, he turned his back towards me.
Breda the receptionist nurse is extremely professional and very helpful to people who first walk in she always has time for the patients waiting, i experienced first hand today how helpful this wonderful lady was and i can say that she is testament to the highest caliber of customer interaction. i cannot praise her enough thank you for your help.
Two years ago I have used them services, they done a poor work (tooth crown) which results to a very serious infection on my molar. Now I am looking to get the tooth out because It's completely demeged and have a serious infection.
We have been with this dentist for nearly 15 years. Although we changed address and it was so far we was still coming but since couple years they have employed very unprofessional dentists who are just wasting your time, keep delaying every procedure to another appointment. This year as a family we left the dentist. I myself work in healthcare too but even if its an emergency don’t waste your time with this dentist , they are no help !!!!
If you don't mind being cancelled from their register, when you are not seen as a cash-cow for this practice go ahead. Otherwise, choose a practice that treats their long-term patients (over 20 years) with care, dignity, respect and focus on the care of their patients rather than how much money can be earned from them!
Just got home after a visit today to remove two sets of Roots that had remained after the teeth had broken away. ( Broken teeth nothing to do with this practice ) The young lady Dentist upstairs removed both sets of roots with no pain or discomfort in a matter of 5 or 6 minutes Absolutely first class job from a fine dentist Thanks Guys
