   I was able to book an urgent ear wax removal online and received brilliant service. The receptionist was very welcoming and efficient. The lady who carried out my ear irrigation was extremely knowledgeable, very careful with the procedure, and advised aftercare. The waiting and procedure rooms are both spacious and very clean. Would recommend anyone with ear issues to use the facility.

   Brilliant. Visited their Wakefield and Normanton branch, the man who helped me was amazing he fitted my hearing aids, showed me everything and generally made me feel so comfortable. I’m autistic and I rarely come across people who treat you just how you need to be treated. Thank you so much.
