   Terrible estate agents, I have been with them for years private renting. I always have trouble getting them to fix problems in the house, they always say it's been booked its never a no show! Communication is shocking in the office, some of the staff have attitude zero customer service not bothered about helping you at all!! They are quick enough to take payments. Would not recommend them at all!

Jemma went above and beyond, providing us with excellent support in finding our perfect home to move into. Her communication was incredible which removed any worries we had with moving.    Unfortunately it's a seemingly impossible job to get in touch. As a result have been unable to book a viewing on a house. To be honest this lack of communication has really put me off this company. As a suggestion for management - focus on good communication with customers, this will give them confidence and you will likely get more business.

   I'd like to praise Jemma from Black and White lettings for the speed and efficiency with which she let my property, and being a joy to work with. From my first call to Black and White to the property being let took around 7 working days. Jemma had the property advertised within 2 hour of her inspection and had tenants lined up a couple of days after. She managed to fully vet 2 prospective tenant's shortly after, kept me informed and within the week the most favourable tenant was signed up. Throughout the process Jemma exhibited a great personality and work ethic. If I had one minor criticism it is that, for working Landlords it would be handy if Black and White were open on Saturday mornings.
