   Mitch Turner the Branch Manager was very impressive. My elderly mum was selling her home and had experienced problems with her sale which was with a different agent. Mitch responded promptly, visited her home and explained her options. He provided professional and impartial advice and support. Other team members in the office were polite and responsive on the phone and all interactions with them were very efficient. I would recommend Mitch and his team.

   If I could rate lower I would! We moved into a property with Burchell Edwards and originally they were speedy at getting our custom. We were told the property would be deep cleaned and fixed up as there was no door in the bedroom, broken fences all around the garden, household waste in the garden and rooms etc. We visited again 1 week before getting the keys as we were told the property would be ready by then - nothing had been changed! Tom didn’t know what to tell us and was just winging the whole thing. He suggested we clean the property ourselves and claim the money back through the landlord. Then we were told the cupboards/doors/fence would be fixed and when we moved in (4 weeks after we first visited) and nothing had been done. We kept chasing them up and weeks after moving in, the cupboards were fixed because we had a leak. Then we had to purchase our own bedroom door and claim back through the landlord as Emily & Tom had no intentions of dealing with this for us. 4 months after us moving in, somebody broke into our home and stole my bag and used my bank card at local shops. The main cause of this was due to the fence being broken which we had begged to be fixed from day one as our dog had escaped through it at one point (luckily she only got into the neighbours garden) The whole customer service from start to finish was disgusting. They rarely answer their office phones and we figured out they they have your name saved as a contact so they were purely avoiding our calls. Emily was extremely rude during the whole thing and even told us to stop complaining even though everything we complained about was completely in our rights. We’ve even found out that Emily slagged us off to the contractors they use which is completely unprofessional. We would never use this estate agent again and have advised the same to everyone who has asked us for advice for moving out. My partner left a negative review for them while we were living there and they called us up to ask us to remove Obviously ashamed and embarrassed for people to know how bad their service really is. Absolutely disgraceful for such a well known branch.

Outstanding service from the team, especially Emily. Extremely professional and very thorough throughout, with each experience as exemplary as the previous one. Emily is a credit to Burchell Edwards, a very positive experience from the start to the end of the process. Cannot recommend highly enough.
