   I came to Marissa for help with my fixed broken retainers which had been on for years. I was quite nervous but after speaking to Marissa she was very clear and explained everything to me throughout the process. She advised me on what was best for me to do. She was very efficient and professional throughout and I can’t thank her enough. Now I know where to come in the future. Thanks again Marissa!

   I had a very disappointing experience at Angle House. Room 3, in particular, with Marissa and her assistant, was extremely rude and invasive. Marissa repeatedly talked over patients, dismissing any input, and would not listen to the issues being explained. She constantly interrupts, insists on her own perspective, and seems more focused on manipulation than understanding the patient. This leaves very little opportunity to communicate concerns, and it appears to contribute to delays in the schedule. The staff in the X-ray rooms handled mouth guards with bare hands before attempting to insert them, which raises serious hygiene concerns. Appointments scheduled at 3pm seem to be deliberately set to create the appearance of a busy clinic. Patients often encounter queues from staff returning from lunch, giving a misleading impression of high demand. Overall, my experience was frustrating and left me questioning both the professionalism and hygiene standards at this practice. Hence, i do not recommend this practise.

   Incredible place and the best around. Marissa is an outstanding orthodontist and has been so patient and kind to all my children. I also want to mention Jolea and Caroline who are absolutely outstanding as well. I would recommend Angle House Enfield to everyone

   I was treated very badly after turning up at my appointment time only to discover that the admin people cancelled my appointment without informing me. They tried to lie that they had recorded me phoning to cancel my appointment. They said they had recorded me calling. I requested that we listen to the recording for evidence. The story changed to l cant go upstairs for data control. She then said she would email me the conversation. I declined and suggested we listen to this imaginary conversation. I am triggered right now because l had an appointment tomorrow. l notice that l received no reminders. This is exactly what happened to my last appointment and l turned up and found it cancelled. I am not sure that the dentist knows of the service that some patience are receiving from incompetent admin. I will be requesting my dentist to refer me somewhere else or change everything g from the dentist who referred us here

The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the well-being of their patients. Scheduling appointments was always convenient, and I never had to wait long to be seen.

   Thank you, Dr Leng Chua, for giving me a comfortable and effective plan to improve my smile. The result was better than what I had in mind! From the get-go, I wasn’t sure what was possible, however Dr Chua was very patient and explained the different options that we can pursue. Even though I was on a budget, at no point did I feel pressurised to go for the most expensive treatment plan. Dr Chua definitely have her patient’s best interest at heart. I highly recommend Dr Chua and the entire Angle House team!

   Bad customer service, the woman at the reception was very rude and abrupt.How she treated me I completely shocked and disappointed me. I felt my self like beggar who is begging for service for free. Just after a few hours of appointment I received a phone from an other lady who is asking me if I have my credit or debit card with me and to make a payment right away otherwise she would cancel my appointment. I am very happy that I have found another orthodontist nearby Oakwood GP where I felt my self much more respected at a mote reasonable price and cancel my appointment with 'Angle'hose.

   So far, my daughter has been well taken care of, staff have been thorough and happy. Service is so fast! Often we turn up early and get seen early. My daughter's teeth are looking great now she has a brace. If they start shifting back again when she reaches adulthood, I think she'd be happy to use this orthodontics again.

   Marissa is an amazing dentist, the work she has done to my daughters teeth is outstanding. Very friendly & always ready to answer questions & give great dental advice, it’s just such a shame that they are let down by their front of house staff which I find very abrupt, unapproachable & quite frankly look down their noses at you (every single appointment)which I find humorous considering the bad grammar on a staff made sign. Just a shame really. You seriously couldn’t find a better dentist & we couldn’t fault her or her work. Thank you Marissa.

   Our experience with Angle house has been outstanding. The staff are always approachable, friendly yet professional. Our orthodontist Mrs Patel has always been intuitive to my sons needs, he has ASD and she has dealt with him and meltdowns with ease making his experience a positive one. He also has beautiful straight teeth after only 18months!! I Would recommend Angle house 100%.
