   I had a great experience with the hygienist Sara Rinaldi. She's very professional and empathetic, extremely good at what she does, and brilliant at making you feel at ease with a very gentle, pain-free approach. She is excellent at explaining issues in a clear and warm way, always with a positive attitude and great attention to detail. I cannot recommend anyone better for dental hygiene than her.

   I had my first Polish hygiene appointment with Ewelina Wasik today, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. I mentioned that this was my regular hygiene visit and that I wanted my teeth polished before my wedding and she did it so beautifully. My teeth look amazing. She was incredibly detailed throughout the entire appointment. Not only did she take great care of my teeth with meticulous cleaning and polishing, but she also shared really helpful advice on keeping my gums and teeth healthy. She even showed me the correct way to floss, especially around my crowns, which no one has ever explained so clearly before. Ewelina is absolutely lovely, professional, and genuinely caring. I felt so comfortable the whole time. Highly, highly recommended!

   I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kerrine Lee (dentist) and Medina (her lovely assistant). From the moment I arrived, they were both welcoming, gentle, and very professional. Dr. Kerrine is very keen into details that she would really explain every step clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment, and worked with such precision and care. The assistant was just as brilliant — attentive, reassuring, and always one step ahead in making the whole visit smooth. It’s rare to find a team who are not only skilled but also genuinely kind. I left feeling well taken cared of and completely confident in the quality of their work. Highly recommended!

   I attended this dental practice for the first time today and was a little apprehensive, as I’ve had the same dentist my entire life. However, my experience here was excellent from start to finish. I really appreciated the convenient opening hours, which made it possible for me to book when my usual practice had no availability. The process was seamless - from signing documents via an app, to being seen on time. I saw both Dr. Debbie and Dr. Sara for a routine check-up and hygiene appointment, and they immediately put me at ease. They both have such a warm and friendly manner, and I really appreciated how clearly they talked me through each step and my options.    I have difficulty trusting dentists since I had braces in my teenage for 4,5 years and had a really good doctor at that time. So... after 10 years I've been very worried finding the right dentist. And thankfully I've found Andy at iCare Dental who with his lovely assistant made me trust them and made my teeth nearly perfect again. I will always get back to them and I'm very grateful for their kindness and professionalism, trusting a dentist again... Also, now I'm listening to them and not just taking care of my teeth on a higher level then before (with interdental brush and electric tooth brush), but also visiting the dentist every now and then to do cleaning and checkup.

   This is, without a doubt, the best dentist in London I have had. My dentist was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of hygiene, oral health, and my examination was extremely thorough followed up by an exceptional hygienist appointment. The facilities are exceptional and very very high standard including all the machinery. Very different (and positive!) experience compared to my old dentist in Harley street in terms of service, quality, and cost. Customer service is absolutely A1 here and I cannot recommend enough.
