   I’ve just been seen by Dr Lim Li for my dental care, and she’s honestly the best dentist I’ve had. Her knowledge is solid, and she explains everything in a way that actually makes sense. She gives clear advice without trying to sell anything, and you can tell she genuinely cares about long-term dental health, not quick fixes. Her dental nurse, Rania, deserves equal credit too. She’s always calm and careful, and she pays attention to the small things that make appointments less stressful. She’s the one who makes the whole experience feel comfortable from start to finish. Barb at reception is also brilliant. She’s organised, friendly, and always makes booking or changing appointments simple. She actually remembers patients, which goes a long way these days. Im looking forward to my next appointment!

   Dr Saira and nurse Hayley were excellent! After having an awful experience with a previous dental practice Dr Saira was so professional, and super communicative during my filling procedure. She has also been our dentist for my 4 year old daughter since her teeth erupted and has always made her feel happy and calm whenever we visit for a check up.

   I can’t thank Saira and Hayley enough for the service I’ve received—not just today, but from the very beginning. I attended my six-month check-up and was made to feel at ease right away. I was told I needed some treatment, and when I came back today I was quite nervous, but as soon as Hayley came to get me from the waiting room, she instantly put me at ease. Once I was in the chair, Saira took great care of me, and I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. They also saw both of my children, and I was really pleased with how lovely they were with them—playful, patient, and still completely professional. My children left feeling happy and are already looking forward to their next check-up just so they can see them both again to show them their brushing teeth chart they were given along with a toothpaste each.

   I couldn't recommend Saira and Hayley enough ! They were both really friendly, professional, and made the whole experience comfortable from start to finish.    Dr Suhaylah is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. She’s incredibly caring, compassionate, and takes the time to explain everything in detail with such thoughtfulness. Dr Suhaylah goes the extra mile to discuss my X-ray results, explain options for my bruxism, and ensure I receive the best treatment possible. In the past, other dentists would simply tell me what needed to be done without any real explanation, but she makes sure I fully understand every step. She’s patient, attentive, and so friendly, truly my favourite dentist!

   a very bad impression, they always cancel appointments,you need to goo at private to resolve the pain,if you don't attend appointment 2 years they take of from the sistem but keep sending emails with treatment.
