Went to see Rohit here due to random neck muscle pain and wasn’t able to rotate my head left at all. Rohit is one of my most trusted osteopaths that I frequent for any issue. The care, knowledge and treatment he carries out truly revolve around his patient. This shows during the appointment and from the results!
went to physio after a back issue. misdiagnosed and told to mostly carry on physical activity when i should’ve rested. ended up in a&e a week after with my recovery time roughly tripled. have since received much better care elsewhere. absolutely gutted
I pre-booked a blood test in advance as recommended by a nerve specialist but then the GP refused to carry out the blood test and on top of that ended up charging me £83. I had to do the blood test somewhere else. Waste of time and money.
The centre is very clean and professional and in a good location. Originally, I did have a few issues with the reception team when it came to never getting a call back or responding back to my emails, but eventually this was resolved. As for my treatment, Mr Rohit Singh Dhillon was excellent! Very informative and friendly, you knew that he knew exactly what he was talking about, and after a half an hour session with him, my back felt very relieved and i felt a lot more flexible. Rohit is a gem and ill definitely be coming back to visit him again in the future!
I came here for my annual health assessment provided by work. The venue is very clean and modern there are some refreshment and hot drinks provided. When I arrived, the receptionist asked me to sit and wait in the waiting area. The nurse came pick me up. She greeted me and led me to the room. I did a bunch of tests. I got my blood taken. I was asked to lay down on the bed. It was really quick and comfortable. The nurse was very gentle and comforting. While I was doing other tests she already got my blood test result ready. We went through the results and she asked me to wait outside a GP would see me. It’s good experience here. I would recommend anyone who has the opportunity to take the health assessment.
Best dentist experience ever!! For someone like me who always feel nervous entering dental clinic, Dr. Naazi Marouf is absolutely gem of this place. She is professional, friendly and communicative. she is also very patient and helpful explaining the terminology and my conditions as well as giving further advice in an easy understood way since I’m non native English speaker! The way she always double check on me with soothing voice to see if I’m okay even just through x-ray procedure, has definitely calmed me down and secured my mind. It’s the first experience I had with Bupa dental care even I’m not on Bupa dental insurance but I would definitely consider them first for their professionalism and enthusiasm!! Also the lovely receptionist lady Elisa helped me a lot in terms of appointment booking and statements. She is very thoughtful and professional to help me schedule the further treatment plan and my insurance claim. Many thanks to every amazing person I meet today in the clinic! My toothache has surely reduced a lot (not entirely physically but spiritually) after today :)
Most absurd appointment, no cleaning provided, wasted almost an hour and £120 for someone to conduct 3 x-rays (did not know these weren't included in the examination so was charged extra) and a sub par consultation for an overpriced appointment. Also the receptionists just need better training in customer service and business knowledge like how much the treatments cost.
Charlene Wilson, hygienist does a brilliant job cleaning and leaving teeth smooth and shiny. Normally, I would dread having my teeth cleaned, as this has been a painful, unpleasent experience in the past. This was my second appointment with Charlene and I will definately be seeing her again in the future. I would highly recommend her for a painfree dental experience.
Highly recommend Hussam Lashin for physiotherapy. They found the root of my cause of my lower back pain and explained everything causing me pain, and how the recovery programme will help. I received amazing customer service and faultless medical care for an issue which was misdiagnosed and wrongly treated on the NHS.
Stay away. Inexperienced dentists and incompetent practice managers. On top of all that, they won't offer 30min hygienist appointments as other practices do, so you end up paying £120 where you can have the exact same procedure for half the price in other BUPA practices. Worst of all is they could not care less when you give them feedback.
