I was sent from NHS for an ultrasound scan. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly . The ultrasound procedure went well they were very gentle , calm and professional.
Wow what a great outfit… Amazing service from booking the appointment to having my Blood tests and scans done. Thank you to the full team for your efficiency and pleasant service.
My partner went in for a pelvic scan which she was quite anxious about. When she was called in we both stood up to go in and the woman said to me I only want the patient no one else in a rude manner, so she went in on her own. I went up to reception to ask if I would be able to go in with her to the second part of the exam. They said that was fine and rang through to the room and said they’d need to confirm this with my partner to make sure that’s what she wanted (the man on reception was very polite). When my partner returned for the second part of the exam they had already locked the door before asking her and then forced her to say no she didn’t need me in there. The woman said to her ‘we don’t do that around here’. The woman was rude to me and as my partner was already anxious (as she’d never had anything like this done before) it made her more uncomfortable. She wouldn’t return.
I can’t thank The Avenue Clinic enough for their outstanding service! After months of my daughter being in pain with her legs, we were finally able to get some answers. The clinic got us in extremely quickly for her ultrasound, and we managed to rule out a number of possible causes, which gave us real peace of mind. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and made us feel completely at ease. The clinic itself is spotless, welcoming, and has a lovely calming atmosphere. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them – a truly brilliant experience during what has been a worrying time. Thank you so much!
