My wife Gillian COTTEY has been seeing Dr roshini Patel for a long time, and would like to say how gentle, caring and very professional She is. We are very pleased with her work and explaining things. Her dental nurse Victoria is also wonderful. Along with the reception staff it's a great practice Thanks and a happy Xmas and new year Mr and Mrs cottey.
My second visit here. Always a pleasant welcome from the receptionist. Yasmeen was very attentive and explained everything thoroughly on my first visit. Today I saw Patrycja, I was slightly nervous as my teeth are very sensitive, she took great care asking me if I was ok throughout. Pleasantly surprised I could not feel a thing. Plus there is ample parking available. Highly recommend.

He is consistently thorough, gentle, and clearly puts patient care at the centre of everything he does. He ensured all essential work was completed before starting my whitening, and my custom trays fit perfectly as a result. Throughout the process, I’ve felt genuinely supported, reassured, and well looked after. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I feel comfortable during every visit. I've been a patient of Bupa South Woodford for many years and I've been very happy with their services. The receptionists are friendly, it's easy to book an appointment and the whole practice is spotless clean. Dr Bolly who looks after me & the hygienists are very professional, I've always received consistently good advice from them and they have never tried to sell me unecessary treatments. The only thing I could say is that the NHS check ups and fillings don't include a basic clean and that the hygienist fees are a bit pricey but that's all really.
It's often hard to get through to reception on the phone - there is no queuing system so you just get disconnected. They've booked in appointments at the wrong time and then its hard to get it corrected. You aren't allowed to see other dentists if one isn't available to see you at your preferred times (or at least there is a convoluted approval process that puts the reception staff off). Was told the earliest by children could see a dentist was 1 month away as the dentist assigned to us only works 2 days a week.
I've been a patient at this surgery for a few years now and have always had a great experience. Whenever I've had any scheduling issues they've always been helpful in sorting out a new appointment for me to be seen at a convenient time. I recently had a series of appointments with Sana to deal with a tooth that required a root canal and follow-up crown procedure and I can gratefully say the entire process has been easy, pain-free, and professional. I'm really happy with the final result and appreciate the care and generosity taken to ensure a good outcome. I would definitely recommend the surgery and the staff who work there. Thanks.
Had a very pleasant experience at the Woodford practice. Excellent service from the reception but I was particularly impressed with the expertise and comforting nature of my dentist, Dr. Sana Rahim, and her supporting staff. I had a few back-to-back appointments and found the team to be very accommodating, friendly and professional. Overall they made for a few pleasant visits to the dentist - which is extremely uncommon for me! I will happily be back again! Thanks!
