Very unprofesional doctor, Every time i go there with my children the doctor finds a reason not to do anything about the children s teeth Children it s been almost 2 years since they were moved for the next time The old doctor in my opinion was much more professional
Called them 3 times already to ask if I could be signed in as a new NHS patient. Every time when I called, they asked me if I could call again next week, reassured me they have a space to book me in. Now when I called today they said they don’t. Don’t waste your time with them!
Terrible the dentist has issues!
Awful service. Didn’t treat my son, said he’s referring him to kids clinic to fix 2 baby teeth. Never received the referral and after 1.5 years of hunting it down, countless times calling the practice only to hear how the rude dentists and clueless receptionist are kicking ball to each other trying to get rid of me and not give me a solution now when my son is in pain. Telling me he needs a new appointment to get a new referral but he can’t have an appointment as he missed ONE (that was to hunt down our referral), refusing to fit him in for 5 minutes to get the referral done which he hasn’t done for 1.5 years. Absolute negligence and not willing to take any responsibility.
Jessica you need some training. My children and I are most upset due to your lack of communication skills. You wasted my time and energy. I hope you use this situation to learn how to NOT treat people.
An absolute joke. I took my son here for his first ever dentist, something that you think a dentist would be used to and who would try their best to make it a positive experience... It was awful. My son was understandably nervous and when he cried, the dentist just sent the receptionist to tell me that "he's too young for the dentist". I can't believe that a dentist doesn't know how to deal with an anxious child.
