This is a very nice clinic, the staff is always kind and provide a Wonderful service. After being failed by the NHS over and over, I've been treated by Josh for my plantar fasciatis and thanks to him I can walk again. I would absolutely recommend the clinic and Josh!
From the second I walked through the door I was made to feel very welcome in a clean, tidy and comfortable environment. My appointment with Josh was conducted in a professional manner setting out exactly what what would be covered and I’ve got to say, this guy really knows his stuff, explaining in detail what could be causing my sciatica and how the pain can be relieved with the correct manipulation, posture and exercises. Having suffered with sciatica for a long period of time, over 2 years, I left the appointment feeling unbelievably so much better. I would highly recommend to anyone suffering with any type of joint pain to get in touch with the Good Health Centre and ask if they can help!!
I phoned the Good Health Centre this morning as my daughter had hurt her back and was finding it difficult to move. They managed to get us an emergency appointment within a few hours. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming. My daughter was seen by Anthony who explained what the problem was and eased her pain using acupuncture and massage. Thank you so much!
Osteopathy here has kept me running, riding and trekking despite serious spinal surgery. Treatment is holistic and intuitive, and they're good for maintenance or urgent problems. Treatment for an agonising stiff neck recently was effective and saved the use of heavy duty painkillers and a trip to the GPs. Nice peopel too, who will always try to help.
I cannot say enough good things about this place, it is like a little oasis amidst life's turbulence. I always come away feeling considerably better than when I entered. It is a wonderful service. I have had acupuncture and reiki. My therapist, David, is a fantastic listener, and he makes an effort to get to know me, and know me holistically. It has been a positive and helpful experience, in many ways. I will certainly keep going regularly, I highly recommend it. Such a refreshing change from mainstream.
I visited the clinic wanting to keep my body in good health during pregnancy, thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Emily was extremely informative, any aches and pains have been resolved. I would highly recommend.
The Good Health Centre is like the holistic version of "The Repair Shop." They put you back together again with expertise care, compassion and love. I've been coming to see Daniel for a few months now for treatment on a painful shoulder and stiff back. He's professional, approachable, respectful and good at his job, identifying problems with my back that I didn't even know were there! He's also a real pleasure to know and chat to. He put me in touch with Lydia, a very special lady, for a rebalancing massage to help with anxiety issues after which I now feel recharged and full of purpose, I can't thank them both enough, their help has literally changed my life! I'd highly recommend this lovely place.
From my first email contact, to a prompt follow up call from reception, all staff have been polite, efficient, and kind. The osteopath (Adnaan) is very well presented, extremely polite / courteous, timely, knowledgeable, and provides excellent explanations of his findings, treatment, and follow on guidance. The prescribed exercises were clearly shown on the documents received, and simple to follow. I am thankful for the results I have experienced, the experience with The Good Health Centre, and will certainly recommend to others.
