    I have been receiving treatment with Clare for a few weeks, I cannot recommend her enough. I have a very complex medical history and the difference in my health has been outstanding. In particular the positive improvement in my Crohn's disease symptoms! I can now also walk down stairs in the morning with no pain, and the sleep you get the night of your session is bliss. More recently I've had a displaced disc and compressed nerve in my back which was causing pins and needles all down my right side and after just one session concentrating on these areas my symptoms have gone. The sessions themselves are always very relaxing and Clare is very accommodating.

Clare is a lovely, friendly, and welcoming lady, and apart from the therapies, which have helped to aid my recovery, our chats and laughter have lifted my mental wellbeing and have been an integral part of the therapy. I have looked forward to the sessions and feel energised afterwards.     I cannot recommend Clare Lloyd enough. Having contracted Covid in October 2020, months later I was still struggling with fatigue and concentration issues, however after a few treatments with Clare I feel like a different person. As an additional benefit I have noticed, after years of suffering with migraines, that the treatment has reduced my symptoms considerably. As Clare asked about any medical issues, I am delighted she focused treatment on my knee and hip - which were causing issues to prevent me running. Again after only a few treatments I have felt a huge improvement in this area. Due to the benefits to myself I was keen for my daughter (15 and suffering from acne) to try the treatment and am delighted that after over 18 month on anti biotics she has now been able to stop using them for the past 8 weeks. Clare is flexible and able to visit at home, which makes the treatments a 'real treat' and more accessible. Don't delay - if you have an issue that you think she might be able to help with I would strongly recommend you call.

    I went to see Clare having been told about bowen therapy. Although Clare wasn't recommended to me I simply chose her from a google search. I am now recommending Clare to anyone looking for a therapist. Clare is a lovely, knowledgeable, approachable person who is very passionate about the treatments she offers. The treatment itself has been amazing. I had made the first appointment having been told by my GP I had sciatica I had been on pain killers for weeks and suffering both day and night. After the first session with Clare I immediately started to feel easier and the following day I was 70% better and stopped taking the pain killers and at last I was sleeping through the night for the first time in weeks. I can't thank Clare enough for her treatment and her expertise she is a true hero.
