   I had a crown cemented in November and have been experiencing intermittent pain. I called today to schedule a follow-up appointment for the dentist to review their own work, which is a standard procedure in any professional medical or dental practice. A receptionist with ZERO training in dentistry and ZERO credentials starts arguing and telling me she doesn't know how I can think a dentist can make a mistake when I got my crown recemented 8 months ago. Crowns last decades not MONTHS. You're not supposed to pay hundreds of pounds for a recementing that comes off after 8 months! So, not only was this receptionist untrained, she had the unmitigated gall to impose her illiteracy and antagonism on unknowing customers. This is the VERY last time I deal with this company. I do not have the tolerance for the poor customer service culture everybody pretends is normal in the 21st Century.

Aline is also very personable, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the visit. She is kind and extremely thorough without making you feel judged. She's simply amazing and will help you reach your dental goals.

   I had Invisalign followed by teeth whitening with Dr Ilze van der Merwe. She came recommended by a friend and Smilepod overall came on top from the price/locations conveniency choice when i was researching the providers. Even though my treatment lasted almost double the time we set out originally, you have to be realistic about your alignment and follow your dentist’s guidance. At no point in time, have i ever felt pressure to finish the treatment early or got imposed any extra services i didnt envision for myself. I had a great experience, overall, and would highly recommend Dr Ilze as a trained professional and a lovely lady. In fact, i will be sticking with her for my normal dental routine! The practice staff, reception and nurses, both at Moorgate and Canary Wharf locations that i frequented, were all very helpful and kind.

   I got a cleaning there last week and it was phenomenal with Erika! After the cleaning I had some issues involving my wire and had to come back, they fixed everything up for free and gave me a little brush to help and did another mini cleaning of my bottom teeth. I was extremely happy about this kind of treatment, super happy to call them my dentists.

   This my first time visiting this clinic And absolutely amazing stuff and taking care of you to the next level!! I had a first time root canal treatment there and it was absolutely amazing I wouldn’t be more happier than before . I was scared at the beginning that I would have a lot of pain but I felt so comfortable and I didn’t had any pain afterwards. Highly recommend specially for root canal treatment !!

   Abdelhamed Yousri was fantastic. He knew I was nervous but he took great care of me. My teeth feel amazing and look a lot better. I will certainly be visiting again in 6 months time for another clean. Cannot recommend him enough.
