   I've been coming to ConfiDental Care for over 20 years. In fact I was one of their first customers. I have moved three times and I still come here for my treatment. Right now I travel up from Tunbridge Wells just to see Dr Khalid Faiz. And why do I do that? Because he is a brilliant dentist who is not just great as a dentist but as a person too. Approachable, friendly and caring. And his team of ladies on reception are great too. Highly recommend Dr Khalid Faiz and ConfiDental Care.

   Really had a good experience at the practice from the moment i walked through the door. Reception staff are very helpful, nothing is too much trouble, Reuben is the best dentist that I have had. He always explains what is needed and what my options are.

   My daughter is writing this review on my behalf. These people are disingenuous and will prey on the elderly and the vulnerable. They do not care for their patients only to see how much money they can scam out of people. They found an opportunity to charge my wife for a service she did not even have as well as noting down an exemption that we we are not entitled to for NHS to then send us a penalty of £100 for incidents caused by this practice. They went on to booked my wife for every 3 months so they can continue to charge us. For context I do not speak English very well so I wasn't sure of the process and nothing was explained. It's upsetting that they didn't treat us with any care. I hope you are proud of yourselves you have given two elderly individuals anxiety and distrust towards health services. All this practice is good at is handing you form to sign without context and using a card machine to squeeze out as much money from you. You owe my parents a genuine apology and refund.

   A big thank you to Dr Reuben Nalliah!. I recently visited with unexplained toothache and he was so helpful. I've been seeing him for near on 17 years and my children have followed too! Always kind and friendly whilst offering a brilliant dental service, great with pain relief, cheerful and helpful during checkups and always does his best to do a really good dental clean despite all the constraints placed on him by NHS budgets. I couldn't recommend him and Confidental highly enough!

   This dental practice is an absolute disgrace. Avoid at all costs. They took advantage of my elderly parents, who speak very little English, and their behaviour has been nothing short of predatory and unethical. My dad booked my mum an NHS appointment in August because she was in severe tooth pain. She received a quick check-up, an X-ray, and was given medication. A week later she returned for a follow-up and was given more medication—no further treatment whatsoever. Then, out of nowhere, they booked her in for a “teeth clean” appointment months later in October, which made no sense when this should've happened in August. Shortly after, my mum received an NHS penalty fine because the receptionist had incorrectly ticked the exemption box. My dad simply explained that they were pensioners, and instead of clarifying anything, the receptionist apparently decided to mark her as exempt under pension credit—completely wrong and entirely their fault. What makes this whole situation even more suspicious is that the practice claimed they cleaned my mum’s teeth in August, yet they absolutely did not. So why was there any recorded for a treatment that never took place? They had to pay an additional penalty for this treatment she did not have! Then, three months later, they scheduled another teeth-cleaning appointment in October—seemingly just to generate another charge. They never explained that they were treating this as a separate chargeable course of treatment or that they were effectively billing every three months. It feels calculated and exploitative. This isn’t the first red flag either. About a year ago, they pressured me into paying privately despite the fact that I’ve always been an NHS patient. At the time I foolishly wrote it off as an honest mistake. After what they’ve done to my parents, I am convinced this is a pattern of dishonesty. To make matters worse, their actual dental work is shockingly poor. Their “teeth cleaning” is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced—rushed, careless, and leaving behind visible plaque. This practice needs to be investigated immediately. Their behaviour is unacceptable, unethical, and deeply concerning. I can see the practice denying this review but what you should be doing is taking accountability for taking advantage of vulnerable people. Avoid this place at all costs.

   I have been a patient of ConfiDental Care for many years because I have every confidence in the expertise of my dentist, Dr. Khalid Faiz. He puts me at my ease, listens, clearly explains any treatment, discusses any alternatives and ensures I am completely happy with the way forward. He is a skilled, caring practitioner and I am delighted with the recent repair of a back tooth that had worn, was given a temporary repair by his colleague and is now like new! All the staff seem to work as a cohesive Team: the calm, welcoming receptionists, the dental nurses and the dentists themselves. They make a visit to the dentist a pleasant experience. Thank you.

   I'm very grateful to Dr Richard Brown, assistants and the surgery for making me feel confident smiling. A week after work on my front teeth, I'm still feeling incredible. I was taken through detailed explanations and haven't felt pressured or anxious, which is a first for me! I've never had as excellent a dentist, and recommend Dr. Brown even if like it was for me, the idea of going to the dentist is challenging. The reception team are prompt, helpful and reassuring too!    Being wary of dentists for a very long time, I was so happy to find ConfiDental Care. The treatment and care I have received from them since I joined their practice has been wonderful. So, when I had to lose a tooth that would show when I smiled, I had no hesitation in speaking with Dr Fiaz about an implant. I can honestly say, I am so happy with the work, time, and effort they put into this for me, I would recommend them to anyone immediately. I am so happy with the work they have done; it has really given me my smile back! So, a big thank you to the team there who pay such care and attention to detail, I am one very happy customer!    Absolutely awesome dental practice, with experienced staff with respect to dentists and reception. Over 30 years I've had a handful of dentists in different parts of London including Bromley and this is the best one of them all. Here I was given the option of NHS or private treatment and went for the former, although at a later date I'd consider the latter if I needed quick treatment. Respectful treatment and communication. Thank you!

   Firstly, the staff are extremely friendly. They are always welcoming with a smile, being someone who suffers with anxiety when seeing the dentist I instantly feel reassured. They are caring and understanding, which really makes a difference. I know when seeing Dr Faiz, I am in good hands, that his experience and quality of work is by far the best. This dentist is exemplary in customer care, cleanliness and the hygiene is fantastic. Thanks to the team for their continued care.
