   Very friendly, on time and most importantly they explained everything that was happening step by step. They checked through out if I was ok and asked if I had any questions. When giving advice, they gave me options and didn't push a particular option based on monetary gain, they gave me pros and cons of each choice, and said they would be happy for me return later if I needed more time. After the procedure, the numbing wore off quickly, I was surprised, as I felt no pain throughout, which normally means I wouldn't be using my mouth properly for hours and dribble uncontrollably. I was eating shortly after I arrived home and felt like I had had nothing done, as I have had no pain at all, even now it's the next day and have taken no pain killers. Considering I had just endured 3 hours of drilling I was very surprised & impressed!

   I went to Birkbeck Dentistry for a hygiene appointment with Lianne, and she was amazing, so gentle and kind. I was quite nervous beforehand because of a bad experience elsewhere, but she completely put me at ease and done a really good painless clean. Ella at reception was also really friendly and welcoming, which made such a difference. The clinic was spotless, and there’s easy parking behind the building, which made everything even more convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone feeling a bit anxious about going to the dentist! I will definitely be returning.

   I have been going to Birkbeck Dentistry for a few years now, the place is always immaculate. The reception staff are always smiling and friendly. The hygienist Rachel is great and welcoming, we always have a good chat and in no time at all has done all my teeth. George my dentist is a great guy and always explains any procedures and always ask how you are . 5 star service every time.

   Absolutely deserving of a five-star review! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed — the receptionist and the entire team were friendly, helpful, and genuinely polite. The atmosphere was welcoming and professional from start to finish. My dentist, Lianne , was fantastic. Even though I was only in for a routine clean, she made the whole process quick, completely painless, and took the time to offer helpful advice for maintaining my dental health. It’s rare to find a dental visit that feels this easy and pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this practice to others.

   Had a private appointment that was for 4.30 it got moved to 4.10. I came on time did not get seen till after4.30 with no apology, the dentist had no client manner what so ever very abrupt just telling me that he could not do implants, and asking a very silly question as to why I was just now wanting implants.. well doh I just got the money now to finance some dental treatment, my advice if you want some cosmetic dental surgery go elsewhere, at least they may be nice to you

   I was recently referred here to see specialist Dr Claudia Ramirez-B after my dentist was concerned I might have needed root canal treatment. Claudia was absolutely wonderful. Utilising her resources and modern technology, she investigated my teeth carefully and thoroughly from all angles and did the necessary tests to ensure there were no cracks or possibilities of pathological developments. She explained her diagnosis to me in Lehman's terms. Additionally, she was very gentle and made me feel extremely comfortable under her care. Thank you very much!

   There is no clear cut policy on cancellation charges for appointments. After several calls to the dentist to ask about the charge, we were only told 30 minutes before our booked appointment that the dentist decided to charge the FULL pre-paid £90 consultation fee that we paid prior to appointment. They should know they charge full and communicate this to patients beforehand and not very last minute when we could have made alternative arrangements had we known!

   Terrified of needing an extraction I went along to Birkbeck as they provide conscious sedation. This too made me anxious, as I did not want to be conscious at all. From my first visit I was reassured by the calm atmosphere and lovely staff. Peter decided the tooth didn't need to come out and recommended root canal. This was performed with the aid of the sedation and was undoubtedly the best dental experience I've ever had. I knew nothing until I awoke around an hour and a half later, treatment completed. My new crown was made and fitted two weeks later . This treatment is expensive but worth every penny. I'm very attached to my teeth (!)and hope to keep them forever. With Birkbecks help that looks to be a real possibility. One very happy and satisfied customer
