   My 9-year-old son recently had a circumcision here, and we are so pleased with the whole experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Dr Khan took the time to explain the entire procedure to us clearly, and also spoke to my son in a simple, reassuring way that really helped him feel comfortable and at ease. The procedure itself was done smoothly and neatly, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. It was a wonderful service, and as parents, we also felt calm and confident throughout. We truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness of everyone involved. Highly recommend

   Dirty clinic, they’re going to kill your child. They use the same Vaseline post all circumcisions and don’t even change their gloves between when they dip into the Vaseline. Now I’ve got to worry that my child has got hepatitis as a result of negligence. They don’t care about hygiene here.

   My sister and my self got our boys circumcision by Dr Khan and his assistant. Initially was very scared as our boys were 6 years old. From start to finish. The doctor explained the procedure and after care. Throughout we felt at ease. Ours sons came in smiling and left smiling. Brilliant team. Thank you.

   I took my two kids (2yrs and 4yrs old) to Abby health centre Billingham, the experience was in general traumatic. the explanation and consent was obtained by the most junior doctor (FY1). The doctor performing the procedure did not even introduce himself. They did not use any local numbing creams prior to using the local anaesthetic needle, my sons were crying through the whole procedure although both walked in giggling. During the procedure for the second boy the other doctor opened the door to tell the operator that he did not collect the money from me yet and he has to collect it from me before I leave. I paid in cash in the treatment room and before I leave while dressing my son they were dividing the money between them ( I felt as if I was in a garage!!) The good aspects the operator was quick and seemed experienced. Overall I would not recommend it to anyone..

   Great customer service, great environment and all-around fantastic Doctors/Surgeons. My son was smiling throughout the procedure and he only once cried when we got home. The healing took about two weeks and not a single worry or complications. Thank you so much and I will recommend family and friends for the job well done.

   As a mom, I was quiet anxious about the procedure but was quickly put as ease by Dr Khan and his assistant. The only cry during the quick 10min procedure was the general anaesthetic injection then it was all smiles and giggles. My 3mnth old was blissfully unaware of what was happening. The room was calm and sterile. I would highly recommend!!
