Very happy with my recent check up and hygienist appointment. All staff are friendly and informative without pressuring you to engage with unnecessary treatment; they give you your options, realistic outcomes and let/help you make your choices. Added bonus- staff are gentle! I have quite dry (sometimes sensitive) skin and at no point did I feel like I was being tugged or pressed on uncomfortably.
Had my dental hygiene appointment yesterday and for the first time ever, I wasn't uncomfortable. They are using a different method, which is quicker, for me painless and I got many sensitive spots. Everyone at the practice is super nice, and I love the decor.
I had a hygienist appointment with Alex. She was fantastic, so knowledgable and reassuring (I never look forward to hygiene appointments due to having very sensitive teeth). Alex used the new Airflow method of cleaning, which was pain-free and had really good results. My teeth have never felt so clean!

She took the time to explain the cleaning process in detail, even illustrating her explanation to clarify the approach for total veneers. Her attentiveness and desire to educate me alleviated my concerns and made me feel confident about the procedure. I now look forward to my hygiene appointment, and I highly recommend Sparklysmile Dental Practice to anyone seeking a compassionate and innovative approach to dentistry. After my first check up i had to go back for 2 fillings and a hygienist appointment. I’ve been scared of the dentist for over 10 years now and after my most recent visit, the fear is non-existent. Went today after 10 years of being too scared to go. Couldn’t ask for nicer, more professional staff! Dr. Phil explained everything he was doing the whole way through and answered any questions I had. Never felt anxiety disappear faster.
Phil did an excellent job at bonding my teeth. During the consultation he identified how to improve my smile with different options in terms of budget. The bonding has made a huge difference, I will be returning to get my bridge replaced and am confident he will do a great job. The whole team at Sparkly are very friendly.
