I was very much impressed by mydentist. I managed to get fast initial appointment. The dentist I saw Mr. Mohammad Khan, was great. He took his time to explain what will happen and what treatment I need. I felt safe and well looked after.

Brought my dad here for his teeth, heβs not very confident with dentists and honestly a bit nervous. I also have been a patient here and I was happy with the care. Well he saw Dr Sindhuja and couldnβt be happier with her care. She was really patient and explained everything clearly and concisely. She appropriately referred him and we are waiting for that appointment. She also started some of his treatments, we couldnβt be happier with his care! Thank you Dr Sindhuja!

I would like to report the unprofessional behaviour of 2 receptionists from MyDentist, Longbridge Road, Barking. On 30th October 2025, I had my dental check up there. The dentist in Room 7 was really nice and suggested me to go to the reception and arrange a cleaning and filling appointment. She gave me an invoice and asked me to take it to the reception. The receptionist (her name badge is Nicole) said that I can book these 2 appointments on the same day for tomorrow and pay afterwards. The next day I went back, the dentist said that the cleaning wasn't booked and I need to speak to the receptionist. This time the receptionist I spoke with is an older lady with glasses (She did not wear a name badge and all what I know is that she is white, looks at her 50s and wear glasses). I explained to her about the situation and when she double checked with Nicole, I heard that the reason that my appointment wasn't booked was because Nicole thought that these 2 appointments could be done by the same dentist, which is not the case. This lady explained to me that the cleaning appointment needs to be done by the hygienist only. It was clear that Nicole made a mistake, which is not a big deal. But I did not receive any apology from her or any other member from the team. I asked the lady at the reception if there is any possibility that I could still do the cleaning today as this appointment is missed due to their mistake. This old lady suddenly switched on and started showing her attitude by repetitively saying that 'The hygienist is not here.' She told me that I need to pay an extra fee as the invoice did not include the cleaning. But Nicole said yesterday that the amount on the invoice is the outstanding balance that I need to pay today, so I wanted to ask some questions just to clarify. She repetitively disrupted me and did not let me ask any further questions and said that she needs to go now because she has an appointment at 4. Before she left, she handed it over to Nicole and said that she can't be bothered explaining the situation to me while I am literally standing next to them. As a customer, all what I needed was a clear break down of what services that I am paying for and how much each of them is as they were not clearly specified on the invoice. I do not deserve to be treated like that. After this lady left, I asked Nicole for a break down of my invoice and why I need to pay more than the amount that she told me yesterday. She just said that she didn't know that I am paying for cleaning yesterday, without any apology for any administrative mistakes that she made yesterday. Honestly, I think these 2 receptionist need to go through a disciplinary progress for their unprofessional behaviour, especially the older lady with glasses (please find out what her name is). When I went there for the first time, the telephone was ringing for 10 minutes without anyone taking it. I heard this lady saying "Ring, ring, ring...not my problem, I got to do what I got to do.' This kind of behaviour does not only bring a negative atmosphere to the customer service team, but also significantly damages the reputation of MyDentist. It was appalling to see the customer service team with such unprofessional conduct. I hope the central office can deal with my case fairly as I do not deserve to be treated like this as a customer when I literally just asked a few questions calmly. I sincerely appreciate your support in advance.

I recently signed up with this dentist and got an appointment the following week β really easy to register and book. On the day, I met Anita and Dana who were both lovely. They took their time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood. Great communication and excellent customer service from both of them!

I was originally nervous to visit due to being embarrassed of the lack of care I have giving my teeth for the last two years . however my visit with the staff here made everything worth it . I was greeted by the lovely Pam who right away made me feel so welcome. I then went in for my appointment with Mihaela and Rajia, who right away listened to me and my concerns and made me feel so at ease and not embarrassed at all . The staffs warmth and consideration was absolutely wonderful and I cannot thank them enough for their service . A wonderful team and professional great service.

First visit in a long while. I had my annual checkup on Sunday 27th November, with a new dentist Sean McNally (he was calming & professional). New changes in place, but Josie receptionist still there and greeted me with excellent customer service as usual. I will be back in the near future.

The receptionist's all have disgusting attitudes. You ask them a simple questions and theyβre ready to start an argument. If you canβt do your job as a receptionist without having a stinking attitude find a job that has no customer communication. Itβs a shame because the dentist here are great but those snobby receptionist really let you down

Great practice and fantastic service. Always welcomed upon arrival and all the staff are extremely friendly from the receptionists, Chetna and Josie through to the Mihaela the hygienist. Iβve always had a pleasant experience here and would highly recommend as the care for their patients are second to none.

This dentist has been amazing. My 80 year old dad has had so many problems with his dentures at other dentists and the head receptionist Chetna has been really helpful and supportive to getting him the care and support to keep him comfortable. Highly recommend this practice for their care and understanding for their customers.
