Doctor Reanne is a fantastic, very caring and friendly dentist. Always takes enough time to check and explain to you everything in details and how to go about any issues if found. My son and I always feel comfortable addressing any problems we may have on our visits. Also the staff at the reception are friendly, thank you very much
This was undoubtedly the best dental experience I have ever had. From the warm and friendly welcome at reception , to the punctuality of my appointment - I did not have to wait at all. The dentist Reanne was incredibly thorough and took time to listen to my concerns. She was very careful with my teeth but also explained all my options for future treatments. I did not feel rushed and left feeling cared for and in very good hands. All in all, highly recommended.
Just had an appointment with Jack and am more than happy with the service I received. He was very informative, advising me in detail on what I needed to know and following up with fact sheets relating to me. I had every confidence in his work and the caring way he carried it out. Very impressive.
Been a patient for 2 years now and the staff have always been professional, considerate and skilled at their job. Just popped in for aftercare from a wisdom tooth removal that I had last week and good service all round as usual. Managed to get a same day appointment with ease. You can also be sure of a good phone system with minimal Ai, friendly office staff, and easy to book appointments which are usually available in the next week. No mad waiting times or delays. Would recommend to anyone seeking a good dentist in the area.
I saw Jack, a hygienist at New Cross Dental Practice. He really was exceptional. I found him professional, very personable, clearly very knowledgeable. I was most impressed by the treatment I received, it was superb. Jack was able to complete a deep clean of my teeth (scale and Polish), and had time to talk to me about a potential issue he had spotted, offered advice about addressing this by improving my cleaning technique and advice regarding next steps. All in our allotted appointment time. I love being an active participant in managing my health and I was impressed and appreciative of the information I received which Jack sent to me in an email, for me to reflect/ act on in my own time. I will definitely be following the advice I was given and will be returning to Jack for further treatment in the further. Thank you Jack!!
Victoria is the best hygienist ever! Anyone who knows me knows I hate anything dental but Victoria is so lovely and calm, gentle but thorough, intuitive to my sensitivity and acts quickly and accordingly without making me feel bad, very informative, non-judgemental and genuinely encourages and empowers you to what's best for you. 10 / 10
Neel Hirani, one of the co-owners of this practice, is without doubt the most knowledgable and skilled dentist I've met. He always has time to explain the medical science of whats going on with your teeth, has great huge screens to show you the x-rays and example etc... of whats happening in your mouth and will keep answering questions until you are satisified to make a decision about your treatment where necessary. I recently had a poor experience with an emergency dentist elsewhere, I emailed New Cross Dental Practice general address about about it, Neel phoned me the same day despite being on leave 2 days before Christmas. He took the time to understand the situation then explained what had happened & why. He booked me in for a check-up a week later, which I cancelled since things improved, yet he still phoned me to check how things were 2 days after the cancelled appointment, because thats the level to which he goes with his patients. I've been with him 10 years and will never leave - absolute hero dentist with a great team and modern facilities. 100% recommended.
I have recently visited New Cross Dental Practice. I was seen by Victoria Akinfenwa and had my teeth cleaned and composite bonding work to my two front teeth. Victoria did an absolutely amazing job. So friendly, so professional and incredibly thorough. I am so happy with her work and couldn't recommend her enough! The perfectionist that she is meant she took so much care and my teeth have never looked better. The staff as well are welcoming and very quick with fitting you in an appointment. For this I give 5 stars!
I have a phobia of the dentist and needles so getting anything done is always stressful. BUT after 4 years of not going to the dentist, and sadly needing a lot of work done, my dentist was so kind and welcoming. Instantly made me feel at ease, fixed my broken tooth painlessly. Not once did she make me feel embarrassed about the state of my teeth. Plus her assistant was super lovely and so are the receptionists here. Highly recommend here, especially if you’re terrified of the dentist! The team are very professional and kind.
Highly recommend this dentist. All dentists and hygienists have been kind and helpful with various issues I have had. I referred my boyfriend also, who had previously had a long history of bad experiences and has had a similar positive experience with the practice. Thankyou!
