   I've been seeing Helen to help improve the appearance of my facial skin, which at 65 years old had become dull, pigmented, and lost much of its elasticity. Helen put me at ease straight away with her calm and reassuring nature. She's very professional and knowlegeable about the treatments and products she uses. She described the results I could expect and took time to answer all questions, and explain the different procedures that are available. I'm so pleased with the results of the treatment I've had so far and can see a huge improvement in the texture and appearance of my skin. It's given me back some of the confidence I'd lost and I can't thank Helen enough. I'd recommend Helen to anyone who is considering having treatment.

   I was a little unsure about whether to have any treatment but from the beginning Helen was straightforward and honest about what would be involved and results to expect, as well as pricing and any risks. After the first consultation I didn't feel under any pressure to go ahead but on reflection I decided to and am so delighted that I did. When I was told people wouldn't really notice, they don't notice that I've had anything 'done' but I feel like I look like me again - and the before and after pictures evidence results even better than I hoped. Everything felt very safe, considered and with the client's interests and wellbeing at the heart of Helen's practice. She was a pleasure to be a client of, communication was clear and prompt and I felt absolute confidence in her work and procedures. I can't recommend Facesthetics highly enough, even if you're just curious about having any treatment it's definitely worth a chat and Helen will be honest about what might work or might not be suitable for you so that you can give it some consideration.
