Logan answered every question with confidence, involved my children in the process, and guided us seamlessly through the next steps.    Our initial contact with APMorgan was a home visit by Joe Phillips in January. We advised Joe that it would be a few months before we were ready to sell the property, the property went online in June and we had an acceptable offer within a few days. We had other valuations from local Estate Agents but Joe was spot on with our thoughts and estimates. During the sale process I dealt with several staff at APM, all were professional, approachable and friendly, my apologies for not naming the team. A big thankyou to Ilene Strydom, (Aftersales Consultant), for her efforts and regular updates during the sale process.

   House appraisal and Launch! 5⭐️ Great experience dealing with both Matt and Lauren for our house appraisal, valuation, launch appointment and photos through to listing respectively. Matt was friendly and professional and made the whole process easy. He allowed us to take our time with decisions, but was there for any questions. Lauren did a fantastic job at our launch appointment, she was friendly and talked me through the whole process. The appointment went well, and she listened and gave advice throughout! Overall, a brilliant experience and great support from both Matt and Lauren, thank you for making it easy for us!

   Ilene was brilliant in our house transition, she couldn't do more for us. However, we were disappointed with how long the process took, which we believe AP Morgan were at fault for. Ilene almost made up for this as her customer service was excellent and chased all parties as best she could and kept us up to date with everything. Maybe the move wouldn't have happened without her hard work?

   As a first time investor and having spoken to a range of agents, AP Morgan has stood out for their responsiveness and professionalism. A great number of agents will sadly not return your calls /emails after promising discussions, but AP Morgan put in real effort to build an effective, collaborative relationship. They have a brilliant fully managed offer running, but more importantly back this up through their delivery. Lettings manager Abdul crafted a good strategic plan to market a Birmingham City Centre property, whilst taking the time to discuss this and answer any questions. Ayaan managed the viewings with great professionalism and commitment, keeping me in the loop with developments. Whilst Jess has efficiently managed all queries during the tenancy process. When there were a few issues with the advert, these were swiftly addressed by the team. No doubt there is a well managed team behind the scenes, including a top notch photographer who captured great photos of the property. Would highly recommend AP Morgan and if you are a first time investor like myself navigating the market, a solid estate agency is crucial. The team here can be relied upon to not only deliver a first rate service, but to also act as collaborative, strategic partners to make your property a success.
