   DON'T RISK YOUR LIFE! I asked for help with my 5th pregnancy, history of missed misscarriages that have almost taken my life. All because my phone doesn't work for phone calls they refused me medical help. All they had to do was an epu scan referral. I'm bleeding and need to be checked, however been refused because I can't have a phone call. They then book me a 9am appointment with a few mins notice, Whilst I'm bleeding and a single mum to a one year old, which they will not do ANYTHING for and wasting the little money I have right now to get to a pointless appointment just for them to refer me for a scan. My FITH pregnancy, I've done this rodeo of gp's unable to do anything but referrals enough times. INCOMPETENCE, POWER TRIPPING, UP THEMSELVES, PATHETIC, WASTES, NO PLACE BEING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. Happily risk a woman's life to feel an ounce of control. Staff peaked in middle school.

   Have you ever been to Morris Lane surgery? Its like a ghost town. Where are the patients? They save all appointments for Vesper Road ( you can see the healthcare assistant and sometimes a nurse for blood pressure checks and blood tests requested by the hospital) They schedule them in blocks so as to make it look like they do actually see people because lets face it, many of us are wondering if the Gps that allegedly work here actually exist. Shocking care. Inept. Ineffective. Far too many mistakes made. Unable to see a GP in person. You have a regular repeat prescription that you need each month? You'll need to keep repeating yourself before you actually get it and not before you've wasted time going to and from the pharmacy/surgery and made multiple phone calls to both. It gives a whole new meaning to 'REPEAT' prescription and I'm sick of repeating myself each month. I'm even more fed up of missing my medication because of their failure to carry out basic tasks properly. I've lived all over and had experience of quite a few surgeries over the years and this is not what I would call a good practice. Its not even adequate.

   Not had a recent appointment at Morris Lane. If this is about the coil I had fitted at Vesper Road though, both of the nurses were absolutely lovely. They made me feel so safe and as dignified as I can imagine such a procedure gets. Absolutely 5 stars!

   Do not register to this practice / for the sake of your kids/ health /wellbeing do not go here as these guys practice something else beside GP practices . Promoting something else but not health . 3 years with no proper medical examination . Wrong prescription . Wrong diagnostics.. etc … Have to beg and become a different character in order for them to rebook a appointment or ask for a refferal … this practice will give you the nerves that you never got in 10 years juat by being with them for 3 years ….

   There was extremely bad service, I’m on about the physio therapy, I had an appointment and I had gotten confused because they both had the same name and the receptionist had given me an appointment at 1:40 and when I was there at 1:30 in the the doctor came, and said that he wouldn’t let me in because I was late for my appointment and when I tried to explain to him that I’m early 10 min and he assumed that the receptionist was right about the time even though she was wrong, I had tried to tell him that I had made an offer to come again on the right time but he looked extremely grumpy and left he was very rude, and the receptionist had done a mistake when she booked it on 1:20 and confirmed 1:40 and because she lied and didn’t want to be embarrassed she said that she had confirmed it at 1:20, and she hadn’t gave me an appointment card she had only told me the time of the appointment which was 1:40 so there was no way of me proving her wrong at that moment

   Today was my first time at the surgery, it isn't my local one but I had a Physio appointment. I saw Simon Holden, he was fantastic and put my mind at ease. I was very impressed with his manner. Simon is a very polite, professional and respectful man. I would strongly recommend him. Simon is a credit to the surgery and his profession.

   Lovely, friendly staff and incredibly organised. Dr Antony was extremely prompt in contacting me regarding my e-consultation. Very helpful and thorough advice, which put my mind at ease. I also managed to get a prescription on the same day, which I didn't expect.

   It’s a little bit deceiving at first as I think this building has been wrongly classed as Just a doctors surgery ! This is in fact THE Kirkstall health centre and incorporates the Morris Lane (GP) surgery on the top level . Also on the lower level at the rear of the building is CAMHS for West Leeds.This is the Child and Adolescents Mental Health Service.It is not accessible from the top floor and vice versa . The entrance is to the right and down the outside steps towards the car park . The entrance is well signed and has an electronic entry system .There is also a secure staff entrance to the rear of the building from the car park. So you see there are several services in this building. Please check too that you have the correct phone number as each clinic has it’s own number and reception . I will post all numbers when site is updated(and I find them) There are two identified disabled parking bays in the rear car park which are well signed. This is ideal for the CAMHS unit but not for access to the GP or health centre!! Except by power chair as it’s uphill to get back to the top The building itself is deceiving as it is built into a hill , therefore from the front it appears like a single story unit , but it has a lower floor underneath it only visible from the side and rear. There is what appears to be either disabled parking or a drop off point for disabled on the left hand side as you go down Church street to car park.NB you cannot turn right when you exit the car park as there are no entry signs at the top of Morris lane. Turn left out of car park then left again up to main road.At the front of the building there is restricted parking due to the bus stop and only one or two places to park nearby . However you can park on Morris lane if you can find a space and can walk. As for all three clinics in this building they all are wheelchair accessible and have disabled toilet facilities. They each have their own reception and waiting areas . The main doors are button press operated at wheelchair height. The community health is the first window on the right (top floor) and GP surgery through the second double door and then on your right. If the owners think I missed something please comment and I will correct
