Phoned up today with a query and the lady I spoke to on reception was so rude and unhelpful. Very unprofessional to speak to people like that when they are just needing help.

Absolutely the best practice I have ever known . I moved from Leeds from a large practice and didn't know a surgery could be so friendly and efficient as this one

I don't go to the doctors unless I'm really worried, but since i had a serious accident and as I'm getting older i am using it more often, ive had5 visits, for a range of different problems and on every occasion the treatment i received worked quickly and effectively. I was worried about all of these problems and it was sorted efficiently and effectively every time thanks to dr berridge and your excellent staff

Excellent practice. Never had a problem getting an appointment. Reception staff are very helpful and the doctors and nurses are very caring. Would definitely recommend.

From my dad's stories, this place degraded over the years (you can even tell by these Google reviews, getting worse and worse). From what I have heard from him, it is mostly receptionists' fault. Constantly rude, raising the tone of their voice, unable to explain anything, unable to make and inform of an appointment, cancelling the appointments on the same day, sinply unable to manage. My dad will be transferring over to the Station Lane.

I went down this morning as I had an an appointment at 10:45 only to be told it was a telephone one but when the appointment was made I was told it was a face to face appointment but the receptionist was very very very rude and said it was a telephone one I said to her sorry but I was told it was a face to face she said I wasn't I said I wasn't no matter what I said that I was told it was a face to face she was having none of it. She then asked me to wear a mask I explained to her that I am exempt from wearing a face mask but she said I had to wear one natter what she raised her voice at me and said i had to wear one I explained to her again I am exempt I asked to see a doctor witch she refused I waited in the porch way in the end a lady came down a manager and she took me to a room and we talked I explained what had happened and she apologised. This place is getting worse for many years now the receptionist have been very rude

Absolutely no issues with this GP. Always seen promptly. My big fear is needles, I can feel faint at the very thought of one, but the nursery was very sensitive and to be honest I never even realised I had the injection until it was all over :-)

There isn't anything negative to say about this surgery. Nothing. It's not my practice, it's a close family members who I take and also speak to them frequently. Every single doctor and nurse to the office staff are wonderful to speak to. If i request a call....they call. If I've requested a home visit, they do it without a million questions. Some receptionists I understand have to be inquisitive to then book you to the right gp and it can be frustrating, esp if you don't want to discuss you're ailments but they are kind and not too intrusive. I know one surgery that get abit frosty if you don't answer their questions....you won't get that here!!. As their workload increases they are all under immense pressure yet at St Thomas's you will be treat with dignity and respect. Poss to give 10 * I would have.
