I used the services of this company recently and I would say their professionalism and empathy towards their client is extraordinary. Right from the viewing stage, to the referencing, to hand over stage, the company was simply amazing. I can say this because I tried over 10 property companies in the course of looking for a home for my family and my situation was not addressed in the professional manner it required. After looking for a suitable apartment for about 4 weeks and meeting disappointments upon disappointments, we came in contact with this fantastic company that got us the home we love in a choice area. The amazing thing about the company is that we were attended to as if we were their only client. Glenwood rep (Israr) exemplifies this One-client attitude to business. Hello. The service has been fantastic. Israr has helped us relentlessly with the refurbishment of the property and managing and organising various contractors. Glenwood properties have managed to secure a really good rent and find good tenants. We have opted for the managed service as the cost over a year is similar to a let only fee, however the excellent service has encouraged us to trust Glenwood with the management especially as they do not instruct or complete any work required until it is discussed with us first. We would highly recommend. If you would like a personal service, I would actually say a concierge service, and someone who follows through with requests, and is proactive then Glenwood is a very good option.
