   Would’ve left a zero if possible. Quite possibly the worst practice I’ve come across. Receptions have zero customer service and understanding of how to talk nicely to people. They are rude, abrupt and lack any empathy or kindness. They keep raising I missed an appointment 5 years ago, oh dear. Let it go, that was half a decade ago. They also gave some lame dribble about how they can’t take on any more NHS patients but were willing to see me as a private patient. No proper explanation given, just trying to charge me an arm and a leg for what should be a typical NHS appointment.

   I'm very happy this time with New dentist Dr Shailea Shah and her team. Also receptionist are very good now. New dentist is very helpful and she take excellent care of patients.

   I am really upset of this Surgery. When I booked this appointment for me and my 2 children I told them to book after 3:00 pm because I need to pick my son from school at 3:05 pm. Here's a picture with my appointment. I arived at the surgery at 03:15 pm and the lady who was there told me that I miss my appointment . That it was at 03:00pm not at 03:30. I start explaining to her that I remember that I asked when I booked my appointment to be after 03:00 pm and she was arguing with me that it was at 03:00pm and the dentist left. Then I remembered that they given me the appointment time on this card , I had it it with me. I show the lady and she went inside to speak with the receptionist, she come and tells me that she can squeeze my child's to the other dentist, I told her that I know they will not do anything to child's and If she can check my and clean my teeth . They didn't take me to see the dentist. In 5 minutes the child's were done both. No apologies, no sorry. I know the clinic is not good but for cleaning it was ok. Every time I went for filling in 2 weeks the filling was coming out. I am really sorry that they charge the appointment's .

   This surgery, I can tell you is the best in east London. Very reliable doctors , non time wasters , very easily accessible. They listen to you , unlike some others who can't wait to see you out the door. Very helpful family doctors. Unfortunately , we had to leave them as we moved to Medway. Thank you , Dr Jason John. You are a fantastic doctor.
